I came here as my spare key was not coded to my car a few months ago after losing my master key. It was so last minute and after searching around for a place I found them on Google. I was a bit sceptical as the guy I spoke to was so calm and confident it could be done within an hour. I was very surprised that it was actually completed that quick and AFFORDABLE. I was quoted £700 from other garages that were not legitimate but this place charged me £150 I was so surprised! Will definitely be coming back if I need anymore work done. Thanks so much!

My car broke down on the 1st December 2021 I took my car to several garages who could not complete the work, I was fuming that I never had my car! I phoned Motor continental and the nice young man told me to bring the car in the same day, I was delightfully shocked I took the car at 9am and he called to say the car was ready! Very knowledgeable and friendly, while can be pricey, they do know their stuff and aren't out to rinse you. Did an absolute solid by fitting in a full service, repairs and MOT last minute (at no extra cost) before they closed for Christmas. Saving us from it running out over the holiday season. They're honest and upfront about pricing (although I would prefer they include the VAT rather than leave me to do the maths when working out costs, but get not all have to pay VAT). And when several issues were flagged, they broke down what had to be done, were honest about what others they'd choose to do given our driving style, and what could be left till the new year. When one was questioned, they double checked and suggested a few likely causes for why it'd occurred. They also know their stuff on mod parts, and confirmed good turn around time on getting them in (next day/2 days as standard). We'll definitely be going back for future work going forward. Definitely a garage for any Audi driver to use.

I took my van to Motor Continental VW where they correctly and reasonably priced, analysed and diagnosed the water pump failure. Work was carried out promptly within time and price indicated. I bought a car off someone , Audi S3 Quattro 18 plate .. when I received the car the headlights failed on me so I had to order in some new headlights , I took it to motor continental who advised me on the correct parts and headlights. It turns out the car from the factory had matrix headlights and on the car when i received it had standard led headlights. Motor continental managed to resolve the problem , reprogram the car and the headlights and also the re alignement off the bumper , and now the car is working completely 100% with no faults.. Very satisfied with the outcome and the job well done Will definitely recommend and be coming back for future issues and servicing.

I have had a number of problems involving my car after it was taken to aid with a police investigation. Murad at the garage called multiple tow companies to get my car recovered for me and even stayed late until he had found one that would collect my car the following morning. When the car arrived at the garage they carried out an MOT and sorted out my tracking really quickly and efficiently. They also charged my battery since it arrived at the garage flat. When issues arose due to the flat battery and my transmission was playing up, the garage were able to sort it out for me the next day in 20 minutes! I didn’t even have to leave the reception they were that quick and efficient. Every dealing I have had with Murad, he has been so professional, efficient and understanding. Took my 2010 Seat Ibiza Cupra here with an engine light on and a coolant leak. Car was running very rough when I dropped it off. The mechanics diagnosed a whole bunch of problems while they had the car and informed me as they noticed issues. Timing Chain (stretched timing chain causing rough running) Timing Cover Gasket (mine had melted onto the engine due to overheating) Supercharger Belt (frayed and on its last legs) Fan / Accessory Belt (frayed and worn out, squeaking on startup) Water Pump (leaking and broken) Coolant Tank Coolant system Piping PCV Valve (mine had a crack in) Oil Filter and full oil change I agreed to them fixing everything that was broken/worn and the car feels and sounds completely different now. It was an expensive experience but highly professional work from the guys at Motor Continental.

I have taken my car into VW itself for a minor service. Common issue with the MK7 golf's, the thermostat housing/waterpump and belt needed replacing. They quoted me ridiculous just for 3 parts to be replaced! I got in touch with Murad, explained my situation. Murad has explained what he can do for me. The replacement of the parts took about 3-4 hours with genuine parts, adding to that, I got more than 3 parts comparing it to VW. A+++++ A first time user of this Audi Specialist and I am really happy with the service. My car is a 2017 Audi Q5, and I decided to get them to carry out the 2nd service as they were over £250 cheaper than the main dealer. They have access to the Audi internal digital service schedule and were able to update my service log on line. On speaking to the manager I found out that they have been in business in the same place for over 40 years. The amount of Audi’s I saw inside their immaculate workshops was stunning. There were Q5’s, Q7’s and A3’s all being worked on. I would recommend anyone with an Audi to try them out. The fact that they have all the correct Audi diagnostic machines and access to all the factory equipment on line was a big factor for myself. Keep up the excellent work !!

Thank you for carrying out the works on my Audi A5. I had taken the vehicle to various garages to fix an issue with the DPF filter and had spent lots of time and money without having the fault fixed. I took the vehicle in, they carried out a software update, a regeneration and there are no more warning lights. A big Thank You!!! from a very satisfied customer. I couldn't recommend more highly. Murad helped us with the conversion of a Golf that we brought back with us from the US. One official VW service centre quoted us a fortune for the work and another told us that it was outright impossible. Got recently tipped off about these guys and their good reputation I decided to try them out and was not disappointed at all They are a very knowledgable , polite and professional bunch who really know their stuff and their way around vw group cars Their prices are very reasonable as well I entrusted them to service and fit a new long life timing belt and tensioners etc to my mark 7 golf And received my car back after the work running as sweet as a nut and spotlessly clean !! Very helpful, solved a problem with our VW Polo that we had for several months. We had previously visited Alan Day, New Southgate, who proved to be totally unhelpful and extremely expensive. They charged a ludicrous sum for an hour's exploratory test to tell us the fault and then wanted to charge £2,900 to remedy it! Motor Contintental were able to rectify the problem for less than a third of that cost. Will always recommend Motor Continental.

We got a lot of help with a fiddly problem from the team at Motor Continental and I would definitely use them again. We had had mysterious lights on our dashboard for years, and despite diagnostics and previous work on our Skoda, had not been able to sort things out. The car was starting to run poorly, stalling when idling and behaving sluggishly. Murad and his team worked step by step to sort out the difficulties and in the end, had to check a huge amount of the the wiring for faults, which they did until they had finally sorted out the problem. I really appreciated the systematic way this was done, and the way in which we were kept informed about the cost of each intervention tried. This sort of methodical help is quite rare nowadays and exactly what is needed for intermittent faults and diagnostic puzzles. The car is now free of problems and we are very grateful. I have used this Audi garage for the last 2 years and have been very impressed. I used to go into the main dealer and not only is it a non personal service, the guy on the desk who serves you doesn't even know anything about cars. I have an Audi A3 which my wife drives and I have an S5 cabriolet. Both cars have been in and not only was the service advisor extremely well versed with these cars (he paired my iphone6 with my Audi MMI which I just could not do) but their technicians seem to be working on only these cars. Any time you turn up, it is full of Audis or Volkswagens. They have the proper Audi kit as well (which was very important to me with my car!) I had to have my intake manifold changed on my S5 and it was £220 cheaper than with the Audi dealers. If you have an Audi or Volkswagen car and live in North London I wouldn't use any other dealer other than these guys. Just my 2 cents!
