First of all, I'd like to say great customer service, Charly booked my car in for repair on a small time scale and let me know that it'll be complete that day. Car was ready exactly when quoted and ready to drive away. The car needed a creased dent pulled out along with paint repair. The quality of this job was amazing and I can't tell there was even a dent! The paint matched brilliantly too. Overall great customer service and great end result, couldn't be happier. Will be going back there if I ever need more body work done. Highly recommended!

I recently used Paintchip for the first time after first contacting the local service provider of my car manufacturer. Their quote was a third of the price. Having booked the car in, I then added to the work that needed doing, but was unaware that the couple of hours quoted for the job would now take considerably longer. As I had to get away on time, the team pulled out all the stops to do the job in 4 hours. The repair was excellent and everyone really helpful. Thank you.

I have used Paint Chip twice over the last 12 months and have to say that the level of service and quality of repair has been impressive. They have repaired a small dent in my door and re painted a scuffed wheel alloy. Once repaired you could not tell that the car had been touched. All of the staff are extremely friendly. The job was handled very professionally and finished ahead of time. I was even offered a courtesy car if required. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. Charlie took in my enquiry and handled the whole process with so much diligence, expertise and understanding that I couldn't believe it. They were incredibly busy, and as a result offered to take me in 2 weeks from when I called, however after explaining my circumstances she was able to fit me in within a couple of days and have everything ready even earlier than agreed. She kept me in the loop the whole time and was just a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much team, 100% recommend them!

I had a dent in the side of my wheel arch after somebody decided to open their car door on me while parking up one day. After getting several quotes, Paint Chip came in the cheapest by a fair amount. They had me booked in a few days later and completed the job within 3 hours. The repair was perfect and I couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anybody!

I emailed photos of the damage to my car to Paintchip and received a quote fairly quickly. Not the cheapest - but a very good quality job - perfect as far as I could see. Just one comment - for the money, I would have appreciated the car being handed back to me freshly washed.

Paint Chip did a high quality repair and re-spray on a scraped and dented door and wing, provided a courtesy car while the work was done, and even charged a little less than the original quote because the work came out less than expected - something I've never experienced from a garage before! The location was convenient, check-in and check-out very straightforward, and the manager extremely friendly and likeable. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it highly.

I brought them my BMW M4 Comp in Mexico Blue to have the bonnet resprayed as it was covered in a ridiculous amount of stone chips. I brought my car to repair a scuff to the rear bumper. Gino provided a very reasonable quote for work and offered an appointment not too far in the future. He was helpful and friendly on the phone and was a consummate gentleman in person. The work was done to such a standard you wouldn’t have believed that a scuff had ever existed. The work was completed well within the original time estimate (a few hours on the same day). Gino’s passion for his work and care for his customers shone through in every interaction I had with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Nigel persuaded me that they could achieve a better result than a mobile repair as they had indoor garage both. They had to respray the entire number including the nose on my Volvo even though the main damage was on side lower corner and opposite side had a small area of chipped paint. I picked the car up and it looked nice, but that was as it was getting dark. I found defects with small paint runs, flecks and holes in areas that were fine in my 19 month old car. They argued it was within industry standards and that’s why it was so cheap. However, had agreed to fix the issues the following week. I went in at 9am and still didn’t get the car back until 4pm. The guy noticed me looking at the car and wanted to hand me the keys without any discussion. I noticed an area on the nose that I’d previously told them about, but he was not interested and said he’s got a customer to deal with... who was I ? I asked him if you notice damage as your doing the repair, don’t you tell the customer what you found ? That would be full disclosure and give peace of mind as to quality checks. He said the manager would call me, but the manager who was keen when I was booking the repair wasn’t so keen. Again he said it was industry standard that minor defects might occur, but as I refused to accept that and said I might have been happy if they pointed out areas where problems might have been there, but such areas could have been sorted as part of the respray. I had to wait 10 days to take the car back for him to look at it. Just be aware that fixing small damage that needs a complete respray with them will result in the paintwork have minor defects which they say are industry standard. I’d say it’s a rushed job with a lack of quality assurance and handing back keys like they just washed your car.

My job was a bit tricky – a nasty ding on the passenger door, which must have been at the limit of what is possible to repair without a new door skin. (Undoubtedly this would have been the advice of the Lexus agent.) Also the colour, met green-gold, is unusual and hard to match. The job took longer than promised but looks pretty good now. Despite that, Paint Chip kept to the promised price, which I appreciated. Well done fellers!

Paint and chip have repaired my new Tesla’s front bumper twice this month due to its love affair with other cars. On each occasion the work was done beautifully, quickly and more competitively priced them other local repair shops. I have no hesitation in singing their praises and highly recommend them.

Absolutely great job done, repainting my car. I had my read bumper and front, nearside quarter panel repainted. The bodyshop done a brilliant job on the respray and blending the colour into the adjacent body panels to achieve a uniform colour spread. It looked good to the naked eye so to further test it I took a photo of the two adjacent panels and used a photo editor to increase the brightness, contrast and saturation; this helps to highlight any abnormalities in colour uniformity. I'm happy and glad to say that it was a perfect job. However, I was told that the car would be available the same evening, as I dropped it off in the morning, however it wasn't ready until the next afternoon. Generally speaking that is still a great time for the job but they missed their own set Service Level Agreement, hence the 4* instead of 5. I would definitely recommend this body shop to friends and family looking to get a professional job done for body paint repair work.

Had to wait a while even though I booked the car in before hand. HOWEVER. these guys advertise themselves as cheap but they're are actually more expensive than normal independent bodyshops! Shop around people. You can get a better deal elsewhere. I was quoted £400 for a respray but another shop literally 5 min drive away did the same job for £200. Only good thing with them is they are pretty fast with repairs and resprays.

This company was absolutely fabulous - After a large truck crushed the passenger side of my silver Mercedes I was told it would take 3 days for repair but I was told that Paint Chip would do the job the same day and so they did - I took my car down at 9 and by 2.30 it was ready.
