J. R.Faultless service. They kept me informed throughout repairs, giving me regular courtesy calls. They were punctual when picking up my vehicle and when delivering it, keeping to the time slots that I chose! Any questions I had were answered accurately and professionally.
To top it off, they even gave my car a little clean (came back spotless) and returned it with more petrol than what I left them with.
Obviously all damages were repaired, car looks brand new. Brilliant service, thanks guys!
H. J.I cannot fault Solus. Jane at reception is an absolute star. Accommodating and helpful. This is probably my fourth visit here and every time I have received excellent service. Repairs have always been faultless. Once again my car is in the garage and keeping me informed by text or email is timely, informative and responsive.
p.Had extensive damage to the body of my car - a Honda Civic due to vandalism, which went through the insurance (Aviva). The customer service was excellent & I was provided with a courtesy car. Solus literally brought my car 'back to life' & it looked brand new when I got it back, paintwork finish was beautiful, perfect colour match & you would never have believed I had so many body components replaced. I would highly recommend them, even if they are a little tricky to get to location wise.
K. M.Superb repair to a Skoda Superb- LOL. After two recent incidents my car needed to go in for two repairs - front wing/bumper and back light/bumper. Decided to use Aviva's repair network and after reading their reviews on Google i'm glad i did. Customer service was excellent and very thorough and professional. Car looks fantastic and completed to a high standard. My case was a bit complicated as it was two separate incidents so a lot of data/photos prior to book-in not shared but easily resolved over the phone. Car was picked up and dropped off and ultimately i'm very impressed with the whole process. Really good work and good to know the work is also guaranteed.
N. B.Got the driver-side door of my Honda Jazz replaced here via Aviva after a taxi driver reveresed into me recently. My car has a pearlescent paint finsh, which the guys as Solus matched perfectly on the new door they fitted, and all the associated eletrical components of the door were in full working order when it was returned too. They picked up my car and returned it when they'd finished and every member of the team who I met or spoke with was very polite and profesional. I'm a very happy customer :)
j.Jane and her fellow workmates went above and beyond their call of duty today. I was having a particularly bad blonde day with regard to collecting my newly repaired car, and I can't thank them enough for all that they did (long story!) Suffice to say, this company and it's people are a credit to Solus - and my car came out looking as good as it did when I drove it brand new out of the showroom 5 years ago. Can't applaud these people enough .... many thanks, once again!
