N. I.The Sovereign Motors team have been maintaining and repairing my German and other
cars for over 15 years now. During this time I have found their work and advice
to be second to none in terms of value for money, expertise and customer care
combined.
I am happy to say that many times my vehicles have only needed an MOT
test and no repairs, however, on occasions where problems have been diagnosed I
have always appreciated Mr Edwards approach which is to discuss the options and
determine which is the best for my needs and budget. A highly reliable service
which I have happily recommended to the ongoing satisfaction of my family and
friends.
N. C.Winston who runs this garage is easy to deal with, a gentleman, who is business like, and a good communicator. To be honest, I hadn't expected good customer service as you hear horror stories about garages; I was delighted with the cusomer care I recieved. The work undertaken was excellent and Winston communicated the part options and prices at all stages, he even called the previous garage on my behalf and liase with they over a failed top mount. Excellant and I will be returning next service or any problem.

I am in Lewisham and drive 2001 Volvo. I started using Sovereign Motors about four years ago and I am still a big fan of the guys at the top garage.
.I was using reputable dealers and garages all over London and had loads of problems with my car.
When I approached Sovereign Motors they decided to check my car completely for me. To my surprise Some parts of my car have been removed and not replaced.
Apparently those parts have been stolen from car by some garages to fiix other peoples cars. That to me was a criminal affair.
The guys at Sovereign Motors advised me to replace all those stolen parts from my car and today I drive my car as if its a new car.
Not long ago Sovereign Motors had to replace my engine with an appropriate used engine. This job took four different attempts with different engines until the appropriate functioning used engine was found . Sovereign Motors did not charge me extra for all the extra work and costs.
After having my car for over 15 years with the help of Sovereign Motors engineers my car runs like a new volvo car.
I strongly recommend Sovereign Motors to all users with expensive cars like BMW, Mecerdes Benz, Jaguars, Volvo, Audi etc.
