Great customer service, very quick response and management of my claim throughout - from the initial call, through booking the vehicle repair and arranging a courtesy car hire. Even resolving a small problem (not their fault) with the hired car - replacement vehicle came with a puncture, and it was replaced very quickly. Can highly recommend.

This is an amazing company and I would recommend to anyone who has been involved in a car accident. They dealt with everything for me from arranging a courtesy car that was delivered the next day (something which my insurance couldn’t do) to dealing with my insurance company and arranging for my car to be taken to a second garage for a second opinion and then getting the works done. All it took was one phone to Pierre and he was on the case and all of this cost me absolutely nothing! I cannot recommend highly enough.
