visited the garage around 3.30pm on Friday with a slow puncture to one of my tyres. unfortunately the repair was not possible so a new tyre was required. Due to The Mercedes GLC having no spare wheel i did not want travel home and find the tyre flat in the morning so asked if a new tyre could be ordered and fitted on the Saturday. correct tyre was sourced and delivered first thing i arrived and the car was ready to go. really nice customer service and efficient repair.

Advised by my dealership that I needed a full set of new tyres - appreciated the fact that Kwik Fit's tyre check determined they were a long way from needing replacing - saved me a fortune! I'll be back when they do need replacing,

I could not rate them more highly - was passing by and took my car in with a strong vibration I was concerned about and they fitted me in at short notice. The guys found I had a missing wheel bolt (along with other loose bolts) from getting tyres changed elsewhere! These guys, are just brilliant. Twice I have had a puncture recently and twice they have fixed the problem, not miss sold a new tyre! Dan the Manager and the boys provide a true service. They are competitive on pricing, but more than that, they are honest! Highly recommend!!

If there was an option for a 6 star, I would certainly give it to them... These lads are very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I have taken my cars there I've received a very professional service from these young lads. Both their team leader and his team provide a high level of customer care - I can't fault them for anything. Recent example: I took my Jaguar XE for Wheel Alignment as the car was not driving well. They did it but spotted an issue with my suspension and pointed it out with a recommendation to take it to Jaguar Main dealer as it was a specialist job. Just like anyone else would do I sought a second opinion from other garages and advised them the diagnosis from KwickFit. They were all dissing KwickFits diagnosis and were asking me to do this and that. None of their recommendations was resolving the issue. Eventually I booked it with Jaguar Maidstone and asked them to investigate the issue. Within a few minutes they called me and confirmed that it's the suspension arm and other bits attached to it; and needed replacement. They did the replacement and the car drives like new. That's just one of the several issues I have had with my cars and have had a properly done job and diagnosis.

The gentlemen in the shop are incredibly lovely and helpful. They helped ease our stress as we came in with a busted tyre (riding on a rim), and even checked all other tires. Excellent service from this branch. I went in with a flat tyre to see if it could be repaired as it was only a few months old. No appointment but they could not have been more helpful. Tom dealt with me, explained everything about the repair or replacement. A short while later he informed me that the tyre could be repaired for a reasonable price. Overall a very good experience and will use this branch again.

I booked a service and MOT and turned up a few minutes before the official opening time but the office was open and they checked me in efficiently. They offered a call when they’d assessed the car and they were true to their word. The price was good and the cost of the additional work was very reasonable compared to a main dealer. I will definitely use Kwik Fit again. Why only 4 stars? The access to the site and the parking is difficult and I found it hard to get out into the lane I wanted - it may seem a small think but it would make me think twice about booking here again ........ and then I would still book here!

Kwik-Fit have historically had a bad reputation in up selling. Over the last few years they've improved and this branch is probably the best I've used in Kent and Surrey. Last visit was a simple good value MOT for £37. Visit was quick friendly and efficient.

Pleasantly surprised at the excellent service here. Having avoided quik fit for 20 years (they used to have a bad rep) I read the recent good reviews on google and took a punt. My car passed its MOT so maybe I’m biased, but I will return with my wife’s car next month, as I am so pleased with the high level of customer service. Good location too, as I could walk up the high street whilst my car was being seen to.

Had my mot done at another garage and was told I would need two new headlights that would cost over £300, went to the guys in Maidstone to see if I could get them cheaper and they said to try a cleaning kit (although they did say they heard toothpaste would do the job) and after it was done to pop it in to see if it would pass an mot then. Needless to say it worked and saved me a fortune. They were really helpful and informative even though I wasn't technically their customer, I cannot praise Liam and Dan enough. Will definitely be returning now I've found a garage I can trust.

I have used this branch on quite a few occasions, for servicing , mot, new tyres , wheel alignment, and various other issues. I have mostly dealt with Ryan who is very courteous and really helpful but all the team here seem great. As a woman some garages can be really intimidating, and to be honest my car knowledge is not fantastic, but these guys are really honest and do their best to give you a good price. Waiting room and toilet really clean and tea and coffee are available while you wait. Looks can be deceiving from the outside , I really highly recommend this branch. Great honest service at a good price .

I believe the mechanics did everything that was asked but I'm sure I'm missing some wheel nut covers, no bother have ordered some new ones.... 70 pounds for tracking seemed ridiculous, in fact all unbooked extras seemed extortionate so the major service, brake fluid change and a replacement bulb (£7.80 to give you an idea) is all I had done whilst there. If you stick to what you booked online then the price and service is fair.

Yes good service I booked car in for mot on the Saturday for 10 45 I got in there for 940 and picked car up round about 1030 a lot earlier than I expected so I was well pleased and it passed as well so yes good service all round there's a waiting room as well ..

I had an MOT carried out here and a couple of minor maintenance jobs completed. The work was carried out to a good standard and not overly priced. Parking can be a bit difficult which is off lower stone on Maidstones one way system. They did find a couple of other faults which I had rectified, but the manager took time to explain, coming from a mechanical engineering back ground I could see this wasnt a rip off. Very good experience very friendly staff.

I want to praise the staff, at this Maidstone branch, on this visit. Having had awful trouble with another Kwik Fit Branch locally last year (branch now closed and relocated even though to be fair the Manager was good and tried to rectify his mechanics faults and the many issues and errors which occurred in turn to the car, after their work on our car, we were weeks without a car! understandably I totally lost faith in ever visiting them again!) Here we are nine months later and our car broke down last Friday, and my Husband got the car towed to a different branch. . What a difference, in the whole set up, helpful, polite staff, who could not of been nicer, Yes the car repair cost a fortune!, a whopping £604 for a new alternator, and tracking checked, but when I mentioned our previous troubles to Wayne who served me, he spoke to the Manager who very kindly reduced our invoice by £40, as a goodwill gesture, now I know we spent way more than was expected, but that was a nice thing to do. Thank you Wayne and staff, you have restored my faith in your Company. I left the branch, drove up the road, sitting at traffic lights stationary, to be greeted by a vast amount of billowing smoke pluming from the car? Cars around me were hooting and said I needed to get to a garage! - I drove straight back, but they checked immediately and found no fault? , it's stopped now so Fingers crossed we won't be seeing Kwik Fit again for some time! (cannot afford to! ;0) Anyhow overall review is renewed faith and friendly helpful staff. Thank you.

Booked my Volvo in for an mot for about the 5th year running. Despite my reservations when I first used them I found Kwik Fit very fair and accommodating with the test. My vehicle had small issues with both a tyre and the exhaust but both were passed with advice with no pressure to make a sale as I maybe would have expected. In fact, the exhaust has passed with advice for the second year running. This year the parking brake needed work to pass and the tester was more than happy to advise with this. In short an ace, friendly and trustworthy team and l would fully reccomend Lower Stone street Maidstone KWIK FIT. Thank you! I speak as a qualified vehicle examiner and keen diy-er of my own maintenance.
