Mark and Jane helped with my claim, got actual parts replaced from the supplier and all work done to a high standard and in great time. I went to three other bodyshops before I was recommended Maidstone Car Bodyshop. Everyone else said the job, a tiny dent needed filling and a respray of the whole panel. This was a return visit after a paintless & faultless door dink repair was carried out by Mark. This centre of excellence was recommended by the person who damaged my car originally. I honestly would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. What a find! This time someone had hit my front bumper & painting was the only solution to remove scratches. Jayne guided me through managing the insurance company who, not surprisingly, were trying to cut corners. This would have yielded a poor finish. Mark was having none of this being the perfectionist he is & stuck to his standards with the assessor. The whole bumper and fittings were removed by Mark & George after the right work was agreed. Mark & Jayne handled this brilliantly. The bumper was completed to better than BMW standard finish. My car is Mineral Grey & is a difficult colour to work with. The result looks truly amazing & I could not be more pleased. I am particular with my vehicles & I genuinely could not find fault anywhere. Mark & Jayne now have a customer for life. I cannot recommend these people enough.

Would 100% recommend this firm, I initially found them on google and after reading the other glowing reviews this prompted a call to Jayne, for the offset she was very helpful and professional, I arranged a visit to show mark the damage caused by a third party reversing into my front bumper and was planning to 'go it alone' without getting the insurance company involved - mark gave me some honest advice and i decided to go down the insurance route as despite the premium rising it would be more cost effective long term. Mark and Jayne guided me through the process of getting everything booked in and despite the insurers trying to use all the scare tactics possible to get me to use there 'approved' repairers - marks handy notes worked a treat! fast forward few weeks later ive now collected my car, i cant fault the work - these guys are true perfectionists, they even repaired previous scuffs on the rear wing free of charge that was caused before i even bought the car! Customer service at its best! Honestly cannot recommend enough, if you need body work repairs look no further, it really doesn't get any better than these guys when it comes to care and attention to your vehicle and you as a customer. thanks again to mark and Jayne, i hope i dont need your services again but rest assured if i do, i will be back without hesitation. Maidstone Car Bodyshop gave good advice on what to do and what could be done. We agreed a set budget, we agreed a timescale. Mark is a genius as he successfully removed a dent from the tank of my Kawasaki Z1000SX. This is something most dent removal companies can’t achieve on motorbike tanks. I couldn't be happier with Mark's excellent leather repair job, my Boxster's leather steering wheel had a few deep scratches and it is now as good as new! The bonnet needed cleaning and polishing after removing some sticky substance and it just looks pristine now. I received advice regarding the insurance claim and although they weren't my insurer's approved repairer, the whole process has been easy and out of my hands. They also provided a courtesy car. Incredibly helpful service from Mark, Jayne and the team. Following an excellent paint less dent repair on my wife's car last year, I went back there after my insurer tried to sign me into a claims management service following an accident in my car. If you are looking to have a team who genuinely care about making sure the work is perfect for you, please look no further than Maidstone Car Bodyshop. My experience was simply a different class, Mark and Jayne kept me updated for the entire journey and the end result is perfect! The quality of the work leaves the vehicle as if there had never been any damage to it, after a two car crash on a motorway. Mark takes a great deal of personal pride in making sure the vehicle is perfect and the end result reflects this, please check their website to see the care that goes into each vehicle. Moreover; for anyone who is in the midst of a complicated insurance claim, the team have a great deal of knowhow from a wealth of experience. The team are patient and will update you as soon as the authorisation process is in motion which will be specific for your insurance company. In my particular case, the insurer were less than helpful but Mark is happy to have Estimators look at the vehicle while it is at his shop. Remember; no matter what any insurer tells you, it is your legal right to choose where your repairs are completed and I am so thankful I persisted!

Unknowingly I presented Mark with a massive challenge - to colour match an old Suzuki candy paint called Candy Antares Red. When I collected the fairing panels I was unhappy because they were not a match.
