Car went in for first service, we arranged to drop it off the night before as was more convenient for us and collected it the next afternoon. Service was great, car was valeted beautifully on collection. The staff are always attentive without being intrusive and we took the opportunity to look at new cars. Rude not too!!

I bought an ex demo Audi Q3 from the Maidstone dealership. My 1st impression of the dealership when I walked in was, WOW.....this looks very expensive, however I was met by a salesman Damon Richardson who quickly put me at my ease, he was very polite and not at all pushy.
He listened to all my requirements and quickly located the car I was interested in and allowed me to take a test drive of the Q3 which I found via the motor line website.
After answering all my questions about the Q3 we negotiated a part exchange deal which was amicable for both parties. The whole process from test drive to delivery of my Q3 was painless, and I was in my Q3 within 3 days.
I had a minor problem within 6 weeks of ownership which was swiftly taken care of by the dealership.
I am very happy with my new purchase and would recommend this dealership without reservation.

From start to finish all staff that I met at Motorline Maidstone Audi were welcoming, professional and friendly. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed....all whilst following Social distancing guidelines. My courtesy car was ready for me, paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. All work completed as planned.

Couldn't be happier. Every member of staff was very polite & helpful. They also knew exactly what they were doing, no going round countless colleagues to get an answer.
Sam was the gentleman dealing with my purchase. He was very professional, polite and nothing was to much trouble. Unlike other car dealerships you always felt you were getting what you wanted & not being pressurised into take options you did not want. After a bit oh haggling i managed to get a reasonable price to service my RS3. Ben who looked after me was very helpful and attentive. First time new customer to Audi Maidstone & I have to say how really pleased I am with the whole team, right from the initial collection from my home, right through to the contact updates and the payment collection, (I am certain I owe you something as you set up a service plan, yet I still need to give you the DD details). I was very impressed with the vehicle clean and also with the car handling. It really does feel as if you have tweaked ao many things as to make it feel and handle so much better. Braking feels so much more positive and stronger after the brake fluid was changed.

Nice people and nice cars, very nice inside showroom...however the staff are a little lax and you need to poke them to get stuff done. They are not as prepared as they make out. This may be a one off but be warned! Nice place tho. Be wary where this place is as its literally just off a roundabout off of a motorway and I nearly missed it!

original: Very bad experience. Work I was told would take one day took from Saturday morning until the following Thursday! and then with a new issue.
I had my car in for a service and also to fix a couple of issues. The car went in on Saturday for its appointment. No one bothered to call me. I had to call them on Monday to get an update and finally got a quote through near the end of the day.
I confirmed some work and was told it would be done next day (Tuesday).
End of Tuesday comes and I get a call to say there was an issue with the parts and it will now be the next day (Wednesday)
End of Wednesday comes and I'm told the part only just arrived and so the work wont be complete until tomorrow (Thursday)
Mid day on Thursday I get a call finally to say its done.
After collecting my car I realised they had created a new issue with the door handle so had to take it back and wait about half an hour for them to resolve it.
I finally have it back - not much off a week after I took it in. In all that time they haven't bothered to even give it a hover and clean (as promised on their website)....
What exactly is it I'm paying a premium for going to Audi? Not speed, not service. Save money, and time and probably get a better service and go anywhere else.
It turned out there was extra issues with oil being over filled and the doors not closing nicely.

Its 5 stars for Elliot Crosby who turned around the sale with little pressure and provided information when needed. Disappointing with his "Branch Manager" who did the Customer Needs part. After a warm welcome he went through various options for alloy wheel cover, gap insurance etc. When I didn't take him up on these he lost interest and didn't even bother returning. Sounds like I'm a bit of a snowflake (I'm really not) but you would expect a bit better. Note that I purchased a VW that cost about 1/4 of the price of our Q5 and the Branch Manager came out, had a friendly chat, thanked me for the business and escorted me to the new car.
Don't let this put you off though - it's a great place to buy a car from !

What would you expect from Audi, I was looked after by Rob from the outset and was pleased with the way my order was processed from start to collection.
Audi use a great on line tool to let you see where you car is, this keeps you involved and updated so they do not need to be bothered with your questions.
I'll drive the extra distance to deal with them as the one closer to me, was not as good.

But pushy in what they want to do my car. when i requested when booked that i am in a rush and only wanted ecd recall update done i was told about 40 minutes to do job . i was then called a few days later and had to repetedly say that i did not want health check or cleaning of my car as i need to be as quick as posible as i had appointment and work . upon ariving at maidstone adui ,even though the was a note on paperwork i still had to explain again i was in a rush , and yet i was there almost 2 hours and they still did the health check and hoovered car . which in turn left me missing a very urgent appointment and also late getting to my work , which my boss was not happy with me . i lost pay because of the fact the audi staff did not do as was requested by the customer.

Because I was satisfied with the customer service from Sam (used car sales) when I purchased my Q3 I decided to also return for the 1st service and MOT
The reception desk girls were tied up in telephone calls but made eye contact with and smiled to acknowledge me and not ignore me standing there waiting which I appriciated.
I was asked to take a seat and that Ben would be looking after me for the duration.
Ben was with me introducing himself within minutes and looked very smart. He explained what was going to happen over the next 3 approx hours . After a walk around the car and key hand over I was offered free drinks and he also showed me a quieter chill out zone as I had telephone calls to make . Unfortunately there was a delay with the DVLA. It was explained fully to me why there was a hold up and many apologies for being kept waiting which was also appriciated.
Unfortunately I was then kept waiting for a further 2 hours making my stay 5 hours. Ben came to me a number of times to say sorry for the further delays. It seemed to be issues on the front court were apparent of which had been reported to a senior member of the branch.
After four hours was informed by Ben that he had asked a member of the newly instated cleansing team company to complete the courtesy car wash and interior hoover so that I could continue on my merry way with what was left of the afternoon . Ben then discovered they had not cleaned the car which then took me into my 5 hour delay.
This was annoying for me as I had a good forty minute drive home ahead of me. Ben handed the keys back full of apologies and informed the manager of the cleaning company was in the branch investigating what went wrong.
Oh dear !
On the whole I give Ben 100% great customer service. I couldn't fault his manner and professional attitude. Things happen of which we have no control ! Sadly the car cleaners added insult to injury and in my view Audi would be better of having their own car washerso kept in house . I say this because all of the Audi staff were very nice and clearly proud of there customer service standards, but not so with the contracted cleaners. I'm sure the situation won't happen again and I will return to this garage showroom for next year's MOT and service purely on the basis of Ben and his genuinely nice attitude.
Would of been 5 stars but sadly the missing star is purely down to the cleaning team.

I was disappointed as I was promised a driver to and from work whilst my car was serviced. I arrived at 8.30am as required and was told that there were no drivers as they were all out. This is a big problem at this site which is located on a motorway junction with no method of walking off site to find public transport. I was informed that a taxi could be arranged and paid for one way but I would have to organise the return journey.

Reason for visit: Gearbox Service.
Originally made a complaint on here and was rectified by Audi within 24 hours asking me to contact a manager via email based in the Maidstone branch.
Manager was quick responding and got me booked in which was great.
Took my car there this morning for a gearbox service (2010 Audi A6 2.0d S Line). I got given a 16 plate A6 Avant S Line 190bhp done 900 miles which was very nice to have for 4/5 hours whilst my car was being done.
Service guy was very helpful and got me in and out in good time. Collection was just as good considering it was very busy, polite staff and welcomed as I walked in with a coffee 10/10 main dealer service.
Only gripe I have is it was meant to be cleaned and it came back with alot of missed patches like the bumpers and half the roof wernt touched and on a dark grey car it stands out. Minor little thing but its annoying.
Other than that the service and treatment was excellent from staff, just the cleaning part was a tad annoying.
I would go back there for servicing, would pass on the clean and vac.

My best ever experience at a car dealership. I can honestly say, in the run up to buying my car I spent a lot of time visiting car dealerships and to be honest have had some embarrassingly bad experiences with all of the major premium brands, including other Audi dealerships. Maidstone thankfully made up for this by providing great service, excellent product knowledge and a great team. Brian Hadlow was excellent and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed. Nothing was too much and I am pleased to say that Brian and Maidstone Audi brought the pleasure back to buying a car. My only criticism is that it takes literally minutes for someone to answer the phone whenever I call. This needs some work but other than that minor criticism, excellent all round.

I required a couple of parts for my Audi, sent an email to the Canterbury Audi. Had the message from Audi to say it had been forwarded to the correct department, no reply at all after that. I have to say this garage has been first class in all aspects until we came to change the car and upgrade. I had a service recently where I asked the service person to ask a member of the sales team to check it over and give me a p/ex guide against a new A6 After sitting there for 3 hours I found out that they had been in a meeting for a long time and the service team chap would get them to look at the video they had taken for the service and get someone to call me. I'm still waiting for that call. I then called back and spoke to Tom, he said he would look at the video and call me back after our holidays. I called Audi again after a week of being home and Tom said he would pass our details to the person who's job was to deal with people like us who are upgrading. I am still waiting for this call. I had a DPF filter issue with my vehicle - a 5 year old A6 2.7,
it was stuck in limp mode, and needed to be fixed fast.
Having already taken the car into a local specialist, who failed to get the filter to 'regenerate' after several hours labour with diagnostics and road tests, I was worried about a huge bill from a main dealer.
The staff at Maidstone Audi were helpful and accommodating and politely tolerant of my grumpy mood too!
A service technician spoke directly with me and laid out exactly what they would do to remedy the fault. After a fixed £60 fee for diagnosis (which can often get an issue sorted anyway) and a replacement sensor the filter was regenerated and the car 100% again.
I should add the specialist had advised a new DPF unit at £1500 plus and Maidstone Audi sorted it in double quick time for a little over £200!
All the staff I spoke with were very professional but particularly Matt who went the extra mile for me.

Overall experience was ok, but there was a couple of things that was not good, we was told that we had a nail in our back left tyre and that it was not repearable and we needed a new tyre which would cost us £178.15 so we said we would take it some where else to get it sorted, dartford tyres repaired the tyre after being told it was unrepearable for £18.00 , we also asked for the rear windscreen wiper to be changed which was not done, I was also told that we would get a free car cleaning kit which we did not get, so overall experience was not great.
