I bought a brand new Lexmoto bike from them, it had only done 357 miles when my son had a accident, the insurance companies approved repairers wrote the bike off as a category N as they said they couldn't get any body parts for it. we decided to buy the bike back. I got in touch with Debi at Oakleys, What a amazing lady who went above and beyond to get my Son's bike fixed, they got all the panels even though apparently to the insurance repairers were not available, got it MOT'd, serviced and back on the road in a week. Thank you so much for making my Son's day

Purchased a Lexmoto 125 LXR motorcycle from the team here. All very friendly on the phone, Paul and Ben but Terry is throughly grumpy and you soon wish to finish any conversation with him. Luckily he tends to say “Paul deals with that” and suggests you call back. Bike arrived with a fault light on the dash but upon contacting Oakley I was assured it was low battery voltage as the bike had stood for some weeks. Bike then would not start and so I contacted them and got put through to the work shop where a young lad suggested swapping the fuses around - he meant well but clearly he is more familiar with cars than bikes. Still no go so thanks to the RAC bike dropped off at Tredworth Motorcycles in Gloucester. They found that someone had been messing about with the electrics and 5 (yes FIVE) fault codes found on the bike along with loosened connectors. My sincere thanks to Nigel and Shaun at Tredworth (I can feel another review coming in and this one will be 5 stars *****) who sorted the bike and 1000 miles later bike still working well. So in summary Oakley are just another small outfit that do a reasonable job depending on their knowledge of the vehicle. I am sure they mean well but no better or worse than any others in Kent or the rest of the country. I suggest if you call them for a service or to purchase a vehicle you ask them straight “do you know what you are doing re this vehicle?” Hopefully they will be honest and if not direct you to someone who does. I’m sure Terry will give you a straight answer!

We bought a car from them that was advertised on Autotrader. Even though there wasn't much description on the advert, there were clear pictures and plenty of them. We dealt with Jack who was amazing. His customer service was top notch and very welcoming. Felt like nothing was being hidden. The car was prepared beautifully and the handover was very smooth. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them. Fantastic!

My daughter arranged with Oakley to have her car looked at after her engine management light was flashing constantly. As I was off work the day she arranged for them to come out, I took over communications with Oakley. From that point in we received a first class service. I always dread dealing with garages as I have no idea with cars. I apologise for not recalling the names of the gents I dealt with but from the very first phone call they were honest, prompt and very commutative. They arranged collection of the car to run the diagnostics. Were in time and curtious. They called within a few hours with the list of faults, parts and labour costs and asked if I was happy for them to go ahead with the work. The work couldn't be completed on the same day so we arranged to have it completed the following day. I was assured of the the total cost and an estimate of what time it would be completed. True to their word, the work was done at the agreed price and the car returned to my home. A health check was run on the car and they guys gave me a run down on potential minor problems that may need looking at in the future. I honestly cannot reccomend this service enough. I am so glad that my daughter found Oakley Car and classic Ltd and I will definitely be using these guys in the future! Thank you for such an exceptional service!

I had reason to go into Oakley as I needed an urgent job doing on my car and was greeted by a very pleasant chap Andy who said he was the After sales Director. After explaining what I wanted done,he said that he could do it the next day although they were very busy. His very capable technician Adrian duly completed the job in record time which was a bonus to me. All in all, I can recommend Oakley's as a very professional outfit with pleasant staff which makes all the difference in these trying times.
