Fantastic place, very methodical, great prices and I credibly friendly. My wife's had problems with her car for years and red oak saved the day and made it as painless as possible! Trustworthy, reliance and incredibly professional! Even when I was standing there in my Pokemon pj's!

Such a lovely garage. I don’t really like going to a car garage, sounds stupid these days, but as a woman I still feel like I’m going to be done over. I went to this garage for my mot as I was recommended. The phone call to the garage was easy and friendly, I dropped off my car which was easy, I then heard from them swiftly that my car was ready to be picked up and It had passed the Mot. When I picked up my car I noticed that all the employees I spoke to were really friendly but most importantly seemed really happy and genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing garage and so helpful 5* After setting off on our weekend away we had a problem with our VW Caravelle, the owner of the garage swiftly helped us, defined the problem and did a very quick fix as the part wouldn’t of got to them in time! He literally saved our weekend away and we want to say a massive thank for his last minute helping hand and he didn’t want any money for helping us, although we definitely had to treat him and even that didn’t feel enough to give after saving us and our holiday, we are so extremely grateful, thank you Red Oak Garage ❤️

Fab garage! Was taken here after an AA breakdown with my BMW 1 Series and had an excellent service from the start. Jamie was dealing with my car and kept me up to date throughout the whole time it was in the garage. He was honest with repairs and costs and went over and above trying to get my car fixed. Jamie's honesty saved me thousands - another garage had told me my timing chain had lots of life, Jamie had taken the time to actually do necessary tests and confirm that in fact it was almost gone. Absolutely top service and a garage everyone needs to use! As a woman who knows nothing about cars, and in the middle of a pandemic - Jamie saved me so much money when others wouldn't have. I fully recommend these guys to anyone. I just wish I had known they were there as BMW specialists sooner. I could have saved a lot more money sooner!! I'll be back when I purchase a new car!! This review follows my 2nd visit to this garage for some additional work following a service & mot. It's the first time I had used the garage having previously always taken my car to a main dealer. As the garage came highly recommended I decided to give it a try & I certainly wasn't disappointed! It's a real hidden gem with outstanding customer service! Nothing was too much trouble. Their answer to my questions and concerns was always the same..."Don't worry, we'll sort it!' and they did! They rightly deserve to be part of the Good Garage Scheme. Cannot thank them enough for everything they did or praise them highly enough...!

The guys there are friendly, they will call so you are informed of everything that needs to be done to your car before they do it and also if they do not have the parts, how long it'd take to get them. I live in Surrey, about 1.5 hours drive away from Maidstone, and I have used a lot of car garages over a lot of years. Red Oak Garage are head and shoulders above the rest. Red Oak Garage were recommended to me from JFA the Remap specialists in Maidstone - who are also excellent, and boy am I grateful. Red Oak Garage are the dogs dangly bits. Technical abilities are insanely brilliant at Red Oak Garage. I used to work as a parts department manager in the car trade years back, and I've seen lots. I left the car trade decades ago. Customer service is off the scale at Red Oak Garage, they're such lovely people - Jamie is so decent to deal with, and their top master tech named Dan is a legend. Here's the thing, they fixed the Mechatronic Unit on my previous Audi A7s gearbox so impressively, I'm taking my new (to me) Audi A7 to them for a diagnostic check up and hopefully a clean bill of health, and having to wait a few weeks doesn't matter, they are genuinely 100% worth the wait. I highly recommend Red Oak Garage to anyone, and especially if it's an Audi, because they have one of the best guys anywhere in or around the M25. Don't go to a VW Audi Main Dealer, Red Oak Garage are far, far better.

They are very well equipped with all the latest equipment to deal with the more expensive and complex cars. They always greet you with a warm smile and can't do enough to help sort out your problem. I cannot recommend Red Oak Garage enough. I took my van to a 'National' company for an MOT and they quoted £700 for repairs. Simon gave me a free second opinion and saved me a lot of money. They are professional, friendly and I trust them completely.

Been a car owner for 40 years and I have to say that Red Oak Garage are probably the best garage I have had the fortune to use in all these years. They are helpful, they give you advice on what parts to use, always contact me if there are extra things to do. When things do go wrong they accept responsibility and put things right without further charge. I send both my cars there and would not use another garage. I really do not recognise the garage from the two very negative reviews given in the last couple of months.
