B. H.I've been a customer for over 30 years and I always use A E Knott for all repairs servicing and MOT brilliant service from a great family garage.
A.I cannot speak highly enough of this garage. After having my car serviced and an MOT at Audi, they advised that both rear springs were broken and would cost £850 to replace. I contacted A E Knott immediately having used them previously for my MOT'S (unfortunately used Audi this time as I have a service plan so got an MOT while it was there) and Michael advised that it would only cost £210 to replace springs with them. I booked in for the repairs and for a new MOT. Shortly after dropping my car, Mike rang to advise that neither springs were damaged and asked if I wanted to appeal. He took time out of his day to contact DVSA for advice who attended to look at my car and agreed that the car should have passed MOT with Audi. A E Knott could have easily taken my money and changed the springs without telling me they didn't need doing, I have the utmost respect for these guys for being honest and also making sure the Audi Dealership were dealt with accordingly. I won't take my car anywhere else now. Thankyou again for being decent human beings!
k. c.Right front suspension spring broke on my car. My son took the car to Knotts on Friday morning . Came back 4pm Friday all fixed for what I thought was a very reasonable price . I have been going to Knotts for some time now and am always impressed by the quality of their service .
