Absolutely first class service from Dan and the team. Can't do enough for you, very responsive and always happy to help. Genuinely nice, decent and honest people who provide a good and professional service. Dan definitely goes the extra mile to provide reassurance and explain what the issues could be and will work through them methodically and thoroughly. Having had bad experiences elsewhere, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.

Dan you are an absolute star!!! Dan sorted my AC problem. Gave me great advice; spend a fortune or go for plan B. Plan B cost me nothing, not a penny. After being ripped off from a garage I used for many years, I read the reviews for Autoserv Walkden and thought I'd give them a try. What a friendly, professional service I got including them fixing an issue the other garage caused, a full service and MOT carried out to the highest standards thanks to Dan and staff, you've got my business and already recommended to others

Been here a few times, always happy with the results and they are always friendly. Had issues with my insurance which he helped me with and gave my car a second look after it all. Went above and beyond 10/10

I broke down and was recovered by the RAC, to which they recommended me to Autoserv as it was one of their approved garages. The RAC driver estimated the repair cost would be around £400, as did my step dad mechanic. Autoserv did it for £217! Fantastic service! Dan was super friendly. This place will be my first port of call from now on.

My family had been delighted to be served by Dan from Auto Serv. helped us out with a dodgy purchase a year ago and advised us in what to do and even drove it back to our home from his garage to give us the info personally. From then I knew this is the company I wanted to use for any future motor issues/MOT ETC. today was the MOT and again (by no surprise) he was fantastic and advised on a minor oil leak. Will be getting it booked in asap with them again. And any future repairs. If your wondering wether to use this company then my family and I advise you to try. Can not praise Dan and the guys enough. My car was in with them for a while and needed a lot of work. They were patient and keep us informed the whole way through repairs. After a frantic call from myself after a few unexpected issues they allowed my partner and I to use a courtesy car to enable me to get to my sons football match. They continuously went above and beyond the expectations of anyone. Would recommend the guys to anyone needing any work on their cars and will not go anywhere else in future. Took a car here for a diagnostic, can not fault the guys here professional and polite from the outset and extremely helpful. Had an electrical fault in my car which I knew would be a small thing but had done all I could do to try and fix it myself. Managed to get booked in with Autoserv within a few days and brought the car in this morning. Got a phone call a couple of hours later to tell me the car was ready. Extremely happy with the price, all staff I dealt with were lovely and I'll definitely use them again should I need to.

This company literally saved our first family holiday in 2 years. We had not long set out from home (Astley) and was driving down the east lancs with our trailer tent in tow. We smelt a weird smell and noticed that our brakes wasn't working as normal, they just felt wrong. Little did we know that our brake tubes had broken and was pumping brake fluid all over the drivers front wheel and onto the underside of the engine itself. We only know this as we was worried about taking a long journey with the trailer in tow with something wrong on the brakes so we pulled off the lancs and proceeded to experience the fault. Luckily enough we saw the garage up the road from us and decided to drive upto that rarther than calling the AA out. It was only as we stopped and pulled up that we noticed the smoke bellowing out from the wheel area. We was really panicked as we really didn't have a clue what was going on. This is where we was greeted by a warm and friendly set of staff members that settled our nerves and let us know that they'll take a look at the car there and then also to not worry about our trailer tent which they looked after for us whist they worked on our car. Myself, my wife and daughter all thought the holiday was done for and the car was in trouble however this was not the case as once they ascertained the problem they got onto the solution quick time and had us on our way within a few hours which was amazing and also cheaper than we thought. As a lower income family that was in a time of need we couldn't have asked fir a better service than what we got and would most definitely recommend this great company and its staff to anyone looking for car work done. Thanks again to you all and we're now enjoying our first holiday in 2 years thanks to you.

Booked in here for a full service, which they managed to fit me in for on the same day at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately an honest mistake meant I had an oil spill later on. Told Dan, not a problem, he fully apologized and re-did the full service, and even washed my car and provided a solution for the oil spill at home. Couldn't have been friendlier, and couldn't recommend highly enough. Very honest, friendly, reasonably priced and professional garage.

I've struggled to find a garage that I can be confident in. Autoserv ticks all the boxes. Very happy with the professional manner of this business. I'll be back for the wheel bearings done soon, as I can't do any work till my hand heals. I have no doubt I'll be happy with results.

I had an mot done back in March on a Renault clio and it failed on a few things. However the owner and the staff didn't stop working on it until half past 7 at night, as I needed it for work the next day. We was really happy with the service and would recommend for anyone to go there.

What an amazing place. I took my car in for what I thought was a wheel alignment, the technician put it on the ramp and did all the tests required only to find out it was perfect. They didn't charge me as work wasn't dont why was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend them 👌

I’ve always gone to franchised dealerships with my car. However, my normal garage was causing me problems so I was recommended Dan and AutoServ by my neighbours. They fitted me in with relatively short notice, and were easy to arrange a convenient slot with. They were cheaper than my regular garage for what is just a standard MOT, and they didn’t need my car all day, and they’re probably the friendliest garage I’ve had the pleasure to visit! I dropped it off at 8 and they had called me 90 mins later, documents were in a snazzy orange wallet (great idea!). I would fully recommend these guys, and I really like supporting friendly local businesses rather than faceless, arrogant dealerships. Don’t hesitate to use these friendly, trustworthy mechanics.

Honestly amazed at the lengths Dan and his staff went to to help us out of a near disaster! We set off at 10am with a caravan in tow heading for Plymouth to spend the night there before a very early morning ferry to France. 15 minutes into our journey the car suddenly made a loud bang. We stopped and luckily the AA came quickly and told us that the suspension arm had split in two. It would be highly unlikely we could get it fixed anytime soon, especially it was a Saturday.Apparently we were very lucky this happened before we got onto the motorway. They towed our caravan home and my husband had several hours wait for a truck to load the car onto. Auto serv should have closed at 12 but Dan said he would wait for the car and he asked for a photo of the damage so he could see what the problem was. After a longer wait than we'd expected the truck finally collected and delivered our car to auto serv at 4pm. We had explained to our children that it was highly unlikely we'd be able to go away, but hopefully we would get it sorted so that we could still have a few days away instead of the planned 12 nights. We thought Dan was waiting to give us an idea of when he'd get it fixed by so we could start changing ferry times and cancel campsites. We honestly didn't believe it when Dan told us he was going to fix it there and then and that he was determined to get us on the ferry. Prior to us arriving he had already used the photo we emailed he to sort out a part from the scrap yard. Even when he said that it was fixes and we went to collect it we still didn't believe it. Dan and his staff stayed until 6.30 to help us out having a Saturday closing time of 12am. We gathered our things together, set off at 8pm and arrived at Plymouth at 2am. Had a few hours sleep in the car then got the 7.30 ferry. Totally flabbergasted at the kindness and understanding shown. Can't thank you enough and great to know we have a totally trustworthy garage that we will now always use and recommend to others.Writing this whilst watching the kids splash around in the pool on a holiday we thought wasn't going to happen! Thanks again

I came here with a snapped spring which I paid 21pou d for them to do the checks which is taken of the final payment so he asked do I no the problem with it. Me not a clue I'm a cook not a clue but think it's the spring so he took the car came back 15mi s later and said it snapped so went the front desk and was told needed a spring bottom and top thing which was 180 so I'm like yeah phine me next day I needed a shocker I'm like OK so went next day paid 229 all in for a Ford fiesta which I'm happy with the job and person who did the job so thanks and I will be returning not in a rush tho thanks for the work done back the next day

Thought our holiday was going to end in disaster before we had even left after backing off the drive and my front suspension collapsing leaving me stuck in the middle of the road. After speaking to autoserv the car was recovered and dropped off. Recieved a phone call from dan the next day telling me the car was ready which was great as didn't have much hope for getting it back before monday and missing our holiday window. Thanks to the guys at autoserv our holiday is back on track. These guys cant do enough to help.

I Have used Autoserve for years - they are local, friendly, trustworthy and do a great job. I have trusted them with our family vehicles and they have always done everything that I have asked. The Autoserve team will provide useful and understandable advice, and will let you know exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They have always completed work on time and regularly go the extra mile. When I had the misfortune to be knocked off my motorcycle I called Autoserve as they are the only people I know with a recovery vehicle, despite it being closing time and Autoserve not being a motorcycle repairer, Dan said he would recover me and take me home. I will be forever grateful for that kindness! I will continue to use Autoserve as they treat customers like friends and treat your vehicles accordingly. I even get reminders when my MOT is due - and occasionally a much needed reminder to wash my car as well as get it serviced!! :-)
