Just want to say how friendly and professional all of staff are, really great service from everyone. My car was collected and delivered back to me and repairs were fantastic. After being massively let down by the garage my insurance company instructed to repair my car after an accident, my car was eventually sent to this garage. From start to finish they were totally professional, kept me informed every step of the way and fixed the car properly first time of asking. The previous company had the car over 10 months and failed to do what these guys did in 4 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage to any of my friends and family, use them with confidence.

My car was sent here from my insurance company & they were great from start to finish. They kept me informed, the repair has been done to a good standard, they showed me photos of the work that was carried out step by step & they returned my car on the day that was agreed. I even had a friendly employee help de-ice my car. I would definitely use company again.

This is a mixed review, but the garage deserves 4 stars with the end product (only just took receipt so will update if anything goes wrong in the near future). Had to complain officially to my insurance and the accident repair group regarding the repair at the start. I had read the reviews and was extremely concerned that my Ford Ranger would come back in a bad state. I was misinformed, had no communication and my insurance was being told different information to what the garage (if you could get hold of them) told me. It didnt look like I was going to get a good outcome and I officially asked for my vehicle to be repaired elsewhere. My insurance couldnt, as they had to follow their internal procedures, which was a complaint to national accident. From then on, everything improved. It was still a lengthy wait to receive the vehicle back though, but communication improved and I was kept informed. I have taken receipt of my vehicle and I am very impressed. The colour match between the new door and the car is perfect and I cannot tell where they have blended it in. The rest of the repairs are not noticeable, even down to the underside of the sill where I was expecting to find dents. Im giving this a 5 out of 5 for repairs. A (generous) 3 out of 5 for communication. Top tip Walton Garage, keep your customers informed better and make honesty to customers your top priority. If there are delays, inform customers. Work hasnt started yet? Be honest. I got my vehicle back expecting a shoddy job, but I am very impressed. My expectations were due to the online reviews saying how poor your customer service is.......maybe you should listen? A phone should never not be answered. All in all, they can repair cars and I wouldnt worry too much about the reviews online - it certainly made me concerned. You may get your vehicle back, it probably will be late - but the repairs (possibly the most important part) will be good as a new vehicle.

Quite surprised at these reviews.. I have nothing but positive feedback for this company! Brought my car in with major repairs needed, I was kept in the loop at all times communication was great, the repairs were also done way before estimated time frame which is always a bonus! Courtesy car was also provided. No messing about and straight to the point. Would recommend to all family and friends. Thanks to all at D Waltons for your help, great service.

I have recently had my DS3 repaired by this garage it was chosen for me by my insurance company. After reading some of the negative reviews I was quite concerned. But they carried out the work on my car to an excellent standard. All staff I dealt with were more than polite and friendly. The only thing I would say is it takes a while to get through on the phone. But I just asked them to update me by text. Would recommend them no problem.

I was involved in an accident where i was hit from behind by a TP. Waltons rang me the same day and my car was collected the very next day... i was updated via sms which i found very helpful... due to work commitments..I had my vehicle complete within a week and was very satisfied with the quality of the repair. I also had my vehicle delivered back to me at my work address on my request... which saved me the effort of leaving work. like the previous review by D Persch my car was also delayed by a day due to "bigger job then expected" it was only a alloy and a small dint on the lower part of the arch and some paint scuff, customer service could be better with calling back when they say and keeping you updated on the job in hand, I can not fault the work carried out as it is top notch, if the place improved on there time keeping and customer service then it would be 5 stars from me
