Russell was very professional, friendly and helpful. I dropped my car in a day after calling up and the repair was completed on the day. After diagnosing the issue, they replaced the clutch on the alternator which was ceased. They also replaced the belt free of charge during the repair as this was apparently still squeaking after the work was completed. After some bad experiences around Manchester these are definitely a garage you can trust! Although not the cheapest (expected given city centre location) they are still very reasonable and I would highly recommend.

Amazing service, had trouble with my exhaust on a Friday and I was certain I wouldn't be getting my car back until Monday. Rang me back after a couple of hours and it was fixed. Brilliant, can't recommend enough, if I have car trouble again I'll definitely be back.

Great service!! 5 star! Firstly I went to the garage for a routine service. It took a day and was priced accurate to the quote. The car felt tight after, great drive, all fluids topped up oil change etc... I was extremely happy. I went back nearly a year later for an MOT, and the service again was spot on. Unfortunately I had a few issues and it didn't pass. One of the main reasons was a problem made by a previous garage who did a cowboy job by the looks of it. It wasn't a pull and replace job, it was an engineering issue witch took all day, but they were so professional and did a great job E-mailing me photos on request so I could build a case for the previous garage. The communication all day over the phone multiple times was helpful and not a bother for them and put my mind at ease. Looked like at one point that it would take two days extending the quoted time but they went above and beyond my expectations and delivered just before they closed for the day. E-mailed me a quote on all the work that are advisories the next day with was helpful to have on record. Would 100% recommend these guys and I'm for sure going back when the car plays up again.

Honest and excellent garage. My old Fiat 500 started making a funny noise from the back whilst I was on a night course in Manchester. Expecting the worst I was pleasantly surprised when the gent told me to take a seat and that he would look at it there and then. Within 10 minutes he came back to me and said something was hanging off the exhaust causing the noise, which he had removed and it was good to go. He advised I would need a new exhaust in the near future but it would be good to get me home and for a few miles yet. Then he told.me no charge as he really hasn't done anything! Honest and a gentleman! Ladies I would highly recommend this garage of you are unsure and want an honest repair.

I brought my old bmw here for a service, they had the time to talk me through everything they checked and were happy to answer all of my questions, which some garages Dont like nowadays. I had some unrelated problems with my steering and Duffy motors managed to fit me in pretty much straight away and they diagnosed the problem quickly. Outstanding works-manship and brilliant service! After a terrible experience at 'Another' garage I needed my car to be fully checked out and have a major service, Duffy motors provided a detailed check all over the car and highlighted to me issues of the previous garage, this has been a real eye opener as some garages just don't check or proactively advise customers of certain or potential issues, but Duffy motors have been outstanding in providing a detail overview of my vehicle. Following the full service the car has been running superbly. This garage is highly professional and really do care for their customers and the work they do. Top notch. Brought my tired old jag here for it's MOT. I phoned up for a slot and they told me I could bring it in first thing in the morning. I got there and the guys were very friendly and efficient. They told me if anything minor needed doing for the MOT like a bulb etc, they would only charge for parts and not labour. They did the MOT within a couple of hours and (I'm pleased to say) the car squeezed through with no extra charges or work, I picked it up on my lunch - all done within 24 hours. Can't recommend this business enough.
