A. K.I usually hate dealing with garages as a woman but DW Motors are nothing but nice people. They are honest and fair, do not overcharge you when they don't need to and most importantly do not patronise women. Their customer service is also outstanding.
S. G.Excellent service when my car broke down (timing belt had gone) and was towed here - they were very honest with me from the start and discussed the options I had and gave very good advice. Unfortunately the car wasn't salvageable in the end but they let me leave the car there for several weeks as I wasn't able to get over there sooner and Jake, who was fantastic, even dealt with the scrapping for me so I didnt have to go there again. They also gave me excellent price for the work they did do and for a previous service I'd had there before the last incident. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, I highly recomend them.
N. B.Great service. They undertook a repair on our van a few months ago, which involved replacing an oil cooler. They were really helpful dealing with a warranty company (who turned out to be terrible to deal with) and provided a reasonable priced repair. They were also really good at explaining everything & communicating with us.

C.I have AA warranty cover & Halfords which is ion my door step ( Northenden ) refused to get work done on my car unless I left it & 2 week delay ( this is the also the AA attendant ringing direct as have a disabled son so needed my car back within the day ). Jake got us booked in , very through & lovely people .. even had my service done at the same time. Had another job via the AA & just went straight back here as I know they will be no fuss. Only down side was no waiting room due to restrictions and no option for collection which I would be willing to pay as trustworthy garage - would be great if you could
Offer that service - as an ad hoc ( as I wasn’t local - northern moor ... )! But highly recommend ..
E. C.Can't fault the guys here, very open book. Nothing hidden, just had my vivaro in for a gearbox overhaul. Back on the road within a week. They are on the ball, very honest and do as they say. When they say. Won't use anywhere else.
S. R.Always excellent and honest service. I would always highly reccomend. If you read the review from Ryan O'Shea take into consideration that he broke down, the RAC could not fix the problem and he then expected a garage with a full booking of work to drop everything for him.
I have moved from Sale to Salford and still use DW Motors.
c. B.Recently used DW Motors after the suspension went on my car. The RAC recovered the car to this garage and they were able to fix it on the same day which was really helpful. The staff were friendly and put my mind at ease. I would recommend this garage and would use them again.
