Amazing service from High Road Auto MOT's. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice people. Imran especially has great knowledge and experience and has done a amazing job on my car. I would highly recommend this garage! A very happy customer five star garage.

Could not start my car in shopping centre. Been told in various places ,,sorry we are not doing call outs''. My car was only 300 meters away from garage but nobody bothers! I’ve used this garage for several years now and have never received anything other than excellent service. Work has always been carried out promptly, efficiently and at a very fair price. The garage has recently been refurbished with all the top diagnostic equipment which makes it even better value. I bring my BMW here and receive main dealer standard work at a fraction of the price. You can trust this place...I would definitely recommend it.

I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.

During the lockdown period, which am sure no one will forget. I decided to have my timing chain (not belt) changed. This was after conflicting advice from numerous friends and recommendations plus reviews. It is one of those jobs that many garages are reluctant to do as it can be very testing and time consuming. I had it done for my own peace of mind. I had fantastic customer service, the garage had lots of problems with this job but kept me well informed. This was due to getting parts and issues with parts that went over the spark plugs during service that I had as well. They also went the extra mile to get the job done before I started back at work after being furloughed. Will definitely use this garage again, the customer service was first class, especially in difficult times of the lockdown. Many thanks to Imran

I took my Audi A3 to the garage having ringing them in the morning, I had an idea of what the problem was, I also told the garage I needed my car back ASAP for work. They sorted the problem out for me, gave me a detailed explanation of what it was and gave me a very fair price. From the phone call in the morning to Imran and team sorting it out on the same day was unreal ! I’ve always been wary of using garages for the first time but it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in terms of mechanics, Imran updated me throughout the day and didn’t even take payment until the car was working to his satisfaction. I will forever be using them knowing I will get the best honest advice and the fairest price and a fantastic customer service. Imran even sent me a video explaining another query I had with my car going above and beyond to help me. If your in Trafford don’t use anybody else apart from these guys !

Having recently moved to the area, I chose to use this garage for a service based on the reviews below and I wasn't disappointed. The owner is very professional and provides a personal approach to his customer service. He gave me quotes for a couple of other items but was up front and honest when the prices for the items ended up being cheaper than he thought! Took my car in last week as I was having problems with my clutch, within an hour they had resolved the problem which only cost me £45, I went to 2 other garages in the local area and they both told me I needed a full clutch at £600+. Hard to find a decent honest garage these days. Would 100% recommend great guys thanks again

Imran is polite and carful to make sure you know and understand the works being done and why its necessary. He gave me pictures of all the work i didnt see. My van is very old but loved and it is now running better than ever before for a very reasonable price. Even the dog is lovely.
