Had a fantastic experience with the Swinton branch. I booked in to have my wheels balanced. I nipped off for some breakfast and returned 30 minutes later to find that my car was almost ready. I'd requested that they balanced all 4 wheels but as only one was out, that's all they charged me for. TIP TOP SERVICE! Well done! 👌👌

Absolutely amazing service, on a busy Saturday morning I was seen pretty much straight away without an appointment as my tyre burst, David in particular was extended helpful and go my car in and see straight away, barely setting me back at all!! Could not have been more grateful to him or the other young lad who worked on my car, would give it 10 stars if possible!!

I use this branch for my MOT’s and servicing but recently my wipers had got weird and finished in the vertical position instead of horizontal. I was quoted £250 by Arnold Clark for ‘a new wiper motor and fitting’ that I can’t afford for my 11 year old car. I took it to Kwik Fit after speaking to Mark on the phone. Ali took a look with his computer to check for faults (none) before tinkering under the bonnet with spanners and fixed it! To his credit he didn’t charge me either which just goes to show these guys are honest and not trying to make a quick buck. These are hard times and my car would have been off the road if I’d listened to Arnold Clark. Thank you Ali, you’re a gentleman and have ensured a repeat customer.
