I used these guys for for the first time when someone went into the back of my car a few weeks before Christmas. I was absolutely gutted as I had journeys planned, but as soon as I took it to John, they were incredibly assuring and he took care of all the insurance side for me as well. Not only this, but he also made sure that my car was booked in before Christmas so I could have it back just after the new year, which I did !!! Service was second to none, and I absolutely recommend anyone else that needs work doing. Go to MCR instead of the ones the insurance always want you to use. Will be using them again if such terrible luck ever befalls me again ! Thank you MCRRRRRRR

I don't often leave reviews but Manchester Car Repairs absolutely deserve a 5 star one. John and the team are super friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I had my car broken into last week and as a result my driver door wouldn't open, and my Bluetooth system had been stolen so I needed a replacement fitted. I saw the positive reviews on here and decided to try and book in with Manchester Car Repair to see if they could fix the issues. I got in touch with them on Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in to see the issue the same day, I was booked in for the Monday and the car was completely sorted by the Tuesday! As other reviews have said the price was much lower than I expected it would be, and I am sure I would have been charged more by other companies. I feel like John went out of his way to try to keep the cost down for us which was really kind. I was really stressed about the car after it got broken into, but John and the team managed to have me sorted within a few days of contacting them. I can't thank them enough for the friendly service, the speed of the repair, and the great price. I'll definitely be going back here again if my car has any other issues in future. I went here because it's the top rated car repair business in Manchester on Google. Glad I did. Very professional service. John was ace. Very much a no bull#*it approach. One of the very few remaining business that will be open and honest with you about what needs fixing, what not to bother with and what the cost will be. Review Ive been using MCR ltd for a couple of years now after a good friend recommended them . Recently I visited my local Jaguar dealership for an MOT to be carried out .It failed on a faulty rear light and was advised a replacement was necessary.Unfortunately the light was not available due to a parts supply problem. I called John at MCR to see if he could help me out of this tricky situation.He booked me in for the following morning with his auto electrician . MCR fixed the fault without the need of a new light, and at a fraction of the cost. Thank you MCR , you could teach the dealership a thing or two .

So many of my friends always ask for a garage that provides good service and charges for what's needed to be done.... I got recommended to MCR and I am so glad I did. They were great and I have to say did an amazing job on my car ahead of it going back to the dealership at the end of a lease deal. Very good experience with Manchester Car Repairs. My car was hit by another car in a car park. I called Manchester Car Repairs for a quote. They were reassuring from the very beginning and made the whole process as stress free as possible. They worked with me and around my work schedule to sort it all out as quickly as possible. UPDATE: Just wanted to post a quick update. Had a lovely chat with john today who explained to me what happened on that day and has also offered me a refund for the service on this occasion. I cant thank him enough for the amazing customer service. Even better service than my own dealership. Will definitely be coming back. Amazing service. I wanted to change the front grille on my car. No job is to small for them. And you cannot beat them on price as well. I have been looking around for ages and was getting quoted extortionate amounts of money till i came across these guys. Chris was so welcoming and the whole experience from start to end was second to none. I ll be a customer for life now. Better service than my own dealership. Update: i wish i could post a positive review again. Went in to install a lip on my car i waited almost 3 to 4 hours no one rang me. Went to collect my car The mechanic said the lip doesn't fit. I asked him to show me. HE FLIPPED IT UPSIDE DOWN and was trying to install it upside down. Had to wait another 1 hour in rain. And to top it i have bond residue on my steering and multimedia buttons and the lip is a little off balance as well. So lost a days wage as had to take time off. Got my car smeared in bond residue and dust on seat plus the lip is off balance. I dont know what else to say.

I came in with a ruined bumper. MCR were able to accommodate me during the holidays to make a quote, and fit me around my schedule to repair my car before leaving Manchester. Quick turnaround from taking my car in for work to getting my car back (about 2 days), and it looks good as new! Couldn't be more happy - the team were really friendly, and kept me updated on the progress whilst they were working on it. Definitely would come back if I needed more body work done, and recommend it to everyone.

Amazing. I love my car and was gutted when someone damaged it. I visited about five workshops and received a good quote here. John booked my car in very quickly and the work was done the same week. Fantastic service at a next to nothing price. Informed me the scratch only needed buffing instead of a paint job that I had been advised at a much heftier price from a few different garages. My local repair centre didn't want to do the job due to the difficulty of the colour match. So after searching on-line, decided to give MCR a go. The lads were very friendly, took me through what needed to be done, that it would have to be kept overnight and gave me a price. I booked the car in the following week. When I went to collect it, I was met by John, who explained that as the job was not as big as they first thought, it would be £100 cheaper. He could have charged me the original price and I would have been none the wiser. The workmanship is excellent, you can't tell it's been repaired and I would definitely come back/recommend.

Very good friendly and quick service they understood my situation and provided a quick solution nobody in Manchester literally no company had a solution for my problem they pulled strings and had it fixed within a small timeframe for less than the fixed price when they should’ve took advantage of my situation: limited time, (I only had 24 hours). I have a 20 year old Mercedes SLK which had patches of rust in the wheel arches, along the back window and elsewhere. MCR did an amazing job, removing all the rust and respraying so that the bodywork looks like new. Given the age of my car this was a difficult job, but done exceptionally well. Extra little touches such as new numberplates, suggested by them, also improved the overall look of the car. Second time I have used MCR and I won't hesitate to use them again.
