I had to phone Marshalls last minute when the exhaust on my Freelander started rattling a couple of days before a long journey. Despite the short notice, they said I could bring the car in the next day at any time and they'd do their best. The man I spoke to (who I assume ran the garage?) was so lovely, friendly and helpful. He did a great job on the car and even checked the oil, water and tyres for me knowing I had a long trip the next day! They really go above and beyond at Marshalls and for an extremely fair price. I walked out of the garage with a smile on my face from how friendly the whole experience had been. It can sometimes feel slightly hostile as a woman walking into a garage due to the stigmas surrounding car mechanics but this was the complete opposite of that which is hugely appreciated. Definitely recommend this garage if you need any work doing!

Highly recommend Marshalls Garage. Took my car in for a fairly standard MOT as well as an oil and filter change, nevertheless the service was excellent. Gave the car in early morning and had it back by midday. Quick professional service and friendly and honest staff. Reasonable price as well, about what I expected for the work conducted, no expensive surprises. Tiny issue of forgetting to reset the oil life in the gauge cluster, very minor and did it myself when I collected the car so not an issue at all. MOT overseen by Mark. Shame I'll be moving away in a month and will therefore likely not return to the garage, but as I said would highly recommend based on my experience.

I cannot begin to thank and recommend Marshalls Garage enough! After getting a piece of metal frame stuck underneath my car, and after calling multiple mechanics to no avail, Marshalls was the only place that said they could help me with my predicament! Within the hour a mechanic got to me at my home address, jacked my car up to remove the frame, and checked for any damage. The lovely mechanic who came out even declined us paying for the callout; they were honestly my guardian angel during a very stressful moving out day! Thank you so much Marshalls, 11/10 service !!! :D

I have had the most brilliant service and kindness from Jason at Marshalls Garage today. My exhaust was corroded and Jason took my car in immediately even though the garage was very busy. A few hours later the problem was solved and I was given the most reasonable price and level of service. After trying to repair my car myself I gave up. There were a headlamp unit and link arm ball joint I needed to install. Unknown to me the front suspension a arm were severly corroded and had cracked the full length. There was also a small hole in the chassis, and the manifold of the exhaust needed a weld repair. There were also some small things like bulbs that needed replacing. I booked in a slot at Marshalls Garage and they managed to repair the full car and get it an MOT. The level of customer service was super and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. The price was what I was expecting, maybe even a little lower. I would highly recommend Marshalls Garage for the quality of their workmanship and customer service.

My van broke down and had to get it dropped at Marshalls by the recovery truck. It was my first time there and they managed to get my van back up and started at no cost within a few days, despite being very busy! Also recommended an electrical specialist to further look at the issue. Very honest, great at explaining and all round friendly guys! Definitely recommended!

I have taken almost every car I have owned here for services and MOTs for years, very honest and reliable mechanics Mark and Jason, very knowledgeable in explaining the fault diagnosis and repairs they carry out. Highly recommend especially if your not mechanically minded.

Took my car in for a diagnostics. Same day fix, turned out it was a faulty spark plug, the total amount I paid was £70 which I feel is over priced as the spark plug costs £2-5 and it's an incredibly easy fix and a diagnostics alone cost £35 when they are generally free else were. Quick service but overpriced

Fantastic service from honest, friendly and highly knowledgeable professionals. Been for an MOT and also various other bits and bobs (broken exhaust, broken 12V plug) which they sorted out extremely generously and also gave free advice to save me spending any unnecessary cash on the car.
