Mike went above and beyond today to come out and change an unexpected flat tyre. I was stranded with my 1 year old and panicking how I was going to get home. He was really friendly and the price was so reasonable after the ridiculous quotes that others had given. I am so grateful given that they don't normally do call out tyres. Thank you so much

My rear window wiper fell off / someone stole it. I had bought two separate vipers to try and replace myself but no matter what I did it wasn’t working. I asked family to help me with it who couldn’t do it because the bolts were all rusted. I brought my car in and the kind gentleman started repairing it straight away. He spent nearly 30 minutes happily and kindly repairing it because the viper and bolt was directly attached to the glass of my car and was all rusted so it needed to be done gently. In the end, he replaced it successfully and he didn’t even charge me for this. He fixed my car whilst I had parked it outside in the rain so I am extremely grateful for the help on such short notice and would’ve been happy to pay for this service. Thus, I am leaving a fitting five star review. Lovely garage with even lovelier people in it. Thank you

I arrived at this garage unannounced after reading some positive reviews, had a slow puncture which they identified and repaired for 20 quid within 10 mins when I was expecting to need to replace it due to location of puncture. Really genuine kind and helpful guys including the owner/manager. I also asked for a quote following a Carpark bump as had been told I needed work doing for £1500 and full replacement. They told me it is absolutely repairable, helped me order the correct replacement reflector on eBay and have said to come back when paint guy is back giving a roundabout quote of £200. So relieved and pleased, thanks guys for alleviating a lot of pressure and expense following a very stressful week!

Took the car in with a "fast" slow puncture at 8.00am this morning. Job done in 15 mins by very pleasant, friendly lads. Charged me £15 and gave me a very competitive quote for new tyres. Really pleased. They were also good enough to repair a tyre on a wheelbarrow for our local church for free as a favour a few months back. They're a hidden gem, Tyre and Auto. Highly recommended.
