T. M.Where to start...Has to be said Akhtars Autos worked magic on vehicle. Rather than just turning up, I rang ahead and asked when I could drop my car off. They asked questions like what kind of work I thought it needed, I basically said the car was a mystery to me and it just didn't sound right and I wanted them to check everything over. They asked if it would be okay for them to keep the car for perhaps a couple of nights, so i looked at my schedule and arranged a day when I could drop it off and leave it there that worked best for me.
They were all so polite and welcoming, after a few hours they called me to tell me what they'd found and ran through it all with me, asking for my permission before doing any of the work. By the 2nd day they'd told me it was ready to pick up.
It was great to be kept up to date every step of the way and I liked that through their explanations I could understand what was wrong with my car and what they did to it. They mentioned I should really see the difference on long journeys, but I can tell you that just on the short drive home I could see a world of difference already haha, the car was flying! Oh and as a bonus thanks for tightening the handbrake guys, it was wayyy to loose, they did that as a brucey bonus, that's what I call service :)
