Paul was amazing, my daughter was in floods of tears when the clutch went on her car and Paul came out within 15 mins to load up her car and get it home safely, a lovely man who put my daughter at ease and let her know it wasn’t her fault. Following an accident abroad meaning I can’t drive my car which was stranded at Luton Airport I contacted Church Street recovery in desperation for a solution to its recovery having been turned away from AA etc. Paul responded immediately and the car recovered that afternoon from the multi storey car park in Luton and returned safely home to Milton Keynes for a very reasonable fee. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, amazing services. Paul and his wife were so helpful, they are lovely and caring which is all you can ask for after a nasty car crash. When I phoned he was easy to talk to and straight to the point of getting to my car. I had to wait an hour on the phone for AA to find out it would cost 300£ for a small journey, Paul answered within seconds and his price was 40£. They took minutes to get my car lifted on to their van and taken to my house, super efficient. Thankyou again for everything.

Church Street Recovery and Paul was recommended to me to transport my car which had a mechanical issue and need to be delivered to my local garage. Paul made his services available to me on the same day and on time. Not only was he friendly, he was very professional. My example of his professionalism was the excellent help and advise, on the basis I had just bought the car (second hand) and he pointed out some major issues with car, he noticed when winching onto his transporter. Not only did he do that but he rang people in the trade that he knows, from major dealers, to get their opinions. He also provided advise on internet service to use to help investigating the purchasing or finding out history on second hand cars. Above all he volunteered his time and knowledge to ensure our safety. Paul definitely provided a service that went well above and beyond which was so refreshing as this is so often not the case with other services I've used. I would highly recommend Paul's company and if I required his services in the future I would not hesitate to do so.

I want to thank Church Street Recovery for the brilliant and very reasonably priced service they provided for me today . I was broken down and wasn't in the AA etc - I had a flat tyre and the AA when I rang them recommended a recovery service and gave me two numbers to try. I tried the first one and was shocked by the swift service and very reasonable price - I honestly thought you had to belong to a road association eg AA etc or it would be very expensive to be taken to a local tyre garage on a lorry. Lovely people collected me quickly and took me to tyre place they use to get a new tyre - also recommended flooring store as I was in Milton Keynes looking for flooring! I would strongly recommend these very nice people and their brilliant service. I was their 17th job of the day and it was only 3pm ish - must be popular . They came within a short window frame letting me know how long they would be. Check the garage does the type/brand of tyre you want

Paul was recommended to me by a local garage when I needed my car picking up after the engine cut out. I left a voicemail initially and he called back within 5 minutes. He knew the location as soon as I described it, gave me a 30 minute ETA, and a price which- having previously worked in recovery myself- was lower than I'd anticipated; very reasonable indeed. He arrived on the dot 30 minutes later, was friendly and professional and dropped me home before taking the car on to the garage I'd booked it into. Continued the friendly conversation on the drive, and once he'd dropped the car to the garage, called me to let me know it was done. I hope I won't need recovery again any time soon, but if I do it's good to know Paul's around. Highly recommended.

Paul was absolutely amazing today, me and my children had a car crash today in milton keynes, after ringing Paul from an advert I saw on google, he arrived within 20 minutes and moved my car to my home address about 40 minute drive away with no issue at all and all for an extremely reasonable price!
