Brilliant, Super efficient service, would highly recommend. Helpful & friendly staff. Passed MOT however required front disc pads replacing. Adrian was extremely helpful, ordered parts and made another booking so that the problem could be managed as soon as possible. The quoted prices were much lower than the Mercedes dealer. A hot drink station & water is available whilst you wait for MOT.

Excellent service - did MOT and interim service back in Feb.. Kept me informed and really reasonable cost. Hardly used my car as hurt foot and could not drive. In May got back in car and shortly after had oil leak and warning light on car dash. Took it back and was a faulty part which they showed us and they got hold of that part the same day, fitted and added oil with no charge. So polite and pleasant. Give them a try!!

I have never used In 'n' Out before, but after being ripped off by another garage, one of my friends recommended George Farrow at the Milton Keynes site. I have to say that not only was I not overcharged, but I was politely welcomed by him, the MOT explained and that I would be contacted should there be any issues with my car. George started on my car at the booked in time and rang me as promised when the car was ready to collect. George is a credit to In 'n' Out, and I will be definitely using this company again, thanks to him and this positive experience.

I took my mums car here for an MOT. Friendly welcome from the staff. I told the guy about an issue with the brakes juddering when applied. It turned out the discs were warped. They called me with the price to replace them which was very reasonable. They completed the work quickly. I can not fault this company and would highly recommend them

When arriving was told the repair would take a while. I stayed at the centre and had lovely free drinks whilst waiting. After just an hour (I was expecting a lot longerc)t Jordon came to find me to say all work now complete. Fantastic service and helps when all done with a smile. Staff really polite. Full service with fuel and engine treatment done yet again to a high standard. Bests thing is that the car comes back as clean inside and out as you leave it unlike some other garages. Done timely with excellent customer service and as there was an initial issue with my original booking which was over a special price promotional weekend they still honoured the special offer.

It was my first time with IN'n'OUT and I was really pleased with my experience. I chose it based on the Google reviews. I did an Express Service Plus and an MOT. They told me I could change my air filter and my brake fluids but they really gave me the choice to do it. I ended doing it and I paid just over £200 altogether. At first I was a bit suspicious as it took only 1 hour. But I think that's a reasonable time for my car (small, low mileage, nothing major to attend to).

Have been taking my car(s) here for a couple of years now and, quite frankly, I will not go anywhere else. Scott & Dave are courteous and professional at all times and are always very honest. I have never felt like I've paid over the odds for parts or labour nor have I felt that any unnecessary work has been carried out on my cars. My car needed an MOT and a basic service. I booked for 11.30 and I was all done within an hour. Pleasant courteous service, very pleasant waiting room where you can see everything that is being done to your car, free coffee, good selection of magazines to pass the time and a clean lo...all in all first rate. I have been going there for a number of years now for my MOT the service has been very good the staff areb very helpful and cheerful I sit in the waiting room and have a nice cup of free coffee while I Waite for my vehicle. I only have one point, each time I have visited The carpet in the waiting room really needs a good vacuum better housekeeping is needed.

Took my car for an mot last week. Jordan advised I needed rear break pads. After learning of some personal difficulties he was really kind and was able to assist in a way which it would be possible to carry out the work. Upon taking my car back once the parts were in stock Jordan was amazing. He went above and beyond any garage which I’ve ever dealt with before. I used In N Out MoT centre in Milton Keynes for the first time and was quite impressed by the place. It is a tiny building next to the BP garage and next to a Honda motorbike place too, but easy to spot from surrounding roads. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and I felt I was treated well by the 3-4 I had interactions with. The waiting room was mostly glass so quite airy, but there is a controllable air conditioning which keeps the temperature as you want. It is very easy to view the work being done from there. There is also a free coffee machine there, coffee wasn't great, but not worth knocking a garage for that as most places won't have this for customers! There were also up to date magazines for reading and free WiFi which worked fast enough for normal internet browsing of a few phones. My car failed its MoT on a rubber gaitor, they repaired it for £65 inc VAT, which and it was fixed within 30mins by them on a separate appointment. They told me the price after asking if I did repairs myself so I didn't feel I was being swindled here. I will be returning to this place with my other car later on this year and recommend it to others in the area.

Very friendly staff always explain what is wrong with the car. Extremely helpful as opened early and dropped me to work wile doing the work nessesery on my car. And then everything was all ready when I picked up my car.

These guys initially took my brakes apart to figure out I had a seized piston & slider bolt requiring new caliper and charged me nothing for the analysis! They advised where to source a new one instead of going via expensive refurbished routes. Then, when I got all new parts delivered, they replaced the front left caliper, all front slider bolts, front brake discs and pads, and performed a full brake fluid flush in an hour less than I was quoted. Phenomenal!
