I have taken my car VW Golf to Romar Service center in bletchley for ABS repair in Nov2022, this was fixed in feb2022 and was broken in Oct, I took the car back to garage and this ABS issue was covered under warranty, Romar service centre had to send this part to external company for fixing and this entire process took 1 week, I was very impressed with customer service and how this was dealt, this issue was fixed, covered under warranty and I was not changed a single penny, very good and reliable service centre.

I have been taking my Volvo car(s) to Romar Service Centre for several years and just recently I took my classic Bentley too. I feel I can always trust Siroos and I value the way he will call me and discuss various technical situations if they arise so that I can choose the appropriate option based on his advice and my understanding about things. I doubt I could ever get that kind of service and communication from a main dealer as they never actually let you talk to the mechanics. It's a service I value and would recommend to other older guys like myself.

My Jag XJ5 broke down and was recovered to Romar Services. It ended up being a MUCH bigger job than I thought which included the brakes, hand brake and steering rack, no idea how it was still going, I also got a service done at the same time due to all the problems. The garage is wonderful and I have been using it for many years now. They always do their utmost to provide a brilliant service and work tirelessly, but are also quite quick and very friendly. They appear to know what they're doing better than most garages I've been to but work at a fair price, and can't be recommended highly enough. So professional, knowledgeable, helpful My lovely Mercedes car was broken down on the road just a day before Christmas eve on pouring raining day. I realised I am not in title of breaking down cover by my car warranty insurance (small print). They offered me £250 for the recovery to the nearest garage in other city (I am living in MK!) and I have to went back to Milton Keynes on my own cost! I called Siroos in Romar Service as I had a great experience on my car service before and his garage has a great 5 star reviews. He called a recovery car service who had an excellent service as well. I felt safe and my car is in good hand. When he drove my car to his garage he diagnosed the fault as showed he’s so professional and knowledgeable. He put my car on diagnostic test and the code showed the same. Because of COVID and Xmas holiday, I was waiting for the part from Germany. He was updating me all the time during repairing my car. Excellent service! I took my car in without notice and Siroos took a look at it immediately and told me what was wrong. He then squeezed me in and I got the car the very next day! The price was half what I would have paid if I had taken it to the Hyundai dealership and without the week long waiting period! Hi All I dont usually post reviews due to time, but I must say this mechanic shop Romar service are the best mechanics and staff, I have used as were very understanding and helpful. I brought my Jaguar 2014 XJ to to Romar as the local dealer for my car gave a poor shody work service and sloppy. Therefore someone recommended me to come down and see them since then I have never looked back or used anyone else for last few years for all our cars. I trust the service and trust the staff based on my experience with others in the past. Just turned up with a complex problem to do with the ABS and anti-skid in my Volvo XC90. Siroos immediately got it up on a ramp, tested the diagnostics and told we what he thought was the problem. I left it there for him to fix and he said that although he was on his own he would try to get it done before the weekend. It was ready the next morning! His garage is extremely spacious with a good area for a ramp, which encourages you to believe your car will be well looked after in a safe environment. I was really lucky when Siroos helped me with an out of hours call out which required the breakdown service to tow my vehicle to his garage late one evening. Within the last week the family have had 2 cars that have had what we were told 'serious problems' by other garage's and the repair on one car would be £1600. It was only when taking both cars to Romar Service Centre when we realised these jobs were not diagnosed correctly as previously mentioned and they would cost only £200 and in fact the car is perfect now. After numerous conversations with a gent called Siroos it was clear he gives the advice we needed and not what he wanted us to pay like the other rip off merchants we had come across. The car suffered very slight damage outside the garage which was NO FAULT OF THEIRS and HE EVEN REPAIRED THIS FOR US FOR FREE but at a cost to himself.The mechanics here are 1st class, the service they offer is personal and they are all about being honest and providing fully safe repair work. In all my years I can not ever remember a time when I have felt so safe with a garage in every aspect. Absolutely brilliant. Don't waste time and money like I did, see these guys first! Took my car here for the first time after spending unnecessary money trying to fix problem when my car (Volvo S80 2007 model) broke down. I know it will cost an arm and a leg to fix, but i stumbled on Roman Service Centre while looking for Volvo dealer in Milton Keynes. Siroos know what the problem was at once. Got the car towed to his garage and after 2 days problem fixed, timing belt and water pump also done all at a fraction of what Volvo quoted. Car drives like new from the factory.
