I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Unit 18! Quick to book you in, quick to carry out work and prices are extremely competitive. I have been taking my cars here for years and every time the service is faultless. Could not recommend more!

These guys are great! I went to them on a recommendation from a friend, and I’ve been for my second MOT and a service and so has my Dad and boyfriend. Let’s be honest I know nothing about cars, but it’s nice to know someone does. Always an easy drop off and pick up for the MOT. I’ll definitely be back next year!

I've been getting my car serviced and repaired for around three years with Unit18 now and they've done a great job every time. Always quick to respond to book an appointment, always ask for a go-ahead for any work that needs doing, and I've never had any issues with any of the work they've done.

What a fantastic experience I had here. I normally feel quite intimidated at car workshops. Not here the guys were easy to deal with, they were clear on what was happening and when things would be ready. I had the Aircon on my car refreshed and it was done exactly on time as described to me. £65. I will be back here for a service and tracking on my car as they have a 4 wheel hunter tracking system.

Car was not pulling away at junctions and round abouts as fast as it should do (nearly had an accident) engine light came on. Contacted this place by email. Got quick response and was booked in for inspection next day. Found out what was wrong quite quick and got right on ordering parts needed so they could begin work. Picked car up a few days later and didn't have to break the bank to get it fixed. Very good price since I was fearful it would cost at least double what it did end up costing.

Asked for wheel alignment and brake fluid replacement. Well, Wheel alignment work did excellent, the guys did several times adjustment and road test after each alignment measurment and the final report is really comprehensive and professional. However the brake fluid replacement is disappointment. They said they did that but from my test the fluid still contain 4% water which is same with before. I'm not sure what's going on, and I can totally understand if they didn't change the fluid becasuse it is no risk to drive in daily as I know many other garage did the same thing like last time I went to anther garage to ask for a interim service and finally I check the oil filter is still dirty which their serivce claim they will replace the filter but they didn't. BUT I chose unit 18 because I thought those guys are car guys and know what car guys want for their cars like me, even the oil is still functional but we still want to replace them because we want everything good for our car, at least their web delivers this kind of feeling to me. However, the brake fluid replacement work still disappointed me, While the unit 18 would like to replace the fluid again for me with no charge, but, trust is only once. I decided to find someone else to do for me. My track day is in next weekend, I'm not sure a brake fluid contain 4% water is totally no problem on the track. Anyway, if you wanna do wheel alignment, the unit 18 is still a great choice.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Unit 18, I limped a pretty sick Octavia into them a couple of months back and have since used them multiple times for both mine and my better half's cars. Adam on the front desk is always a pleasure on the phone, super up-front with costs and great with advice on how to proceed. The guys in the back have fantastic due diligence and excellent knowledge, often highlighting other potential concerns or issues even if they are unrelated to the prior. The final nail was a recent issue not allowing the car to drive. No questions asked, the team hopped in a car, popped down to the house and rectified within 30mins. Fantastic garage run by a great team and frankly have our service for life.

Dropped my car off on a Sunday afternoon with a message left on Unit 18 answerphone and the key in the letterbox after a very nice AA man towed us due to a dead starter motor. Phoned on the Tuesday for an update and a return call Wednesday to say the car was ready. Well under my expected price and fast service for something dropped on them at no notice. Used em before and will use em again. Recommend to anybody and everybody. Superb service and cost. Thanks Ali.

This garage deserve 10*!!! We are a business in the North West of England. One of our customers experienced an issue with their Audi A4 when driving home and near Milton Keynes. A garage local to ourselves recommended Unit 18, luckily enough the customer wasn't too far from the garage. We rang the garage to explain the crisis and they provided us with a contact number for a local recovery guy who was also brilliant. The vehicle was recovered and the team at Unit 18 diagnosed the vehicle, and told us it would be ready after the Xmas/New year holiday period. And exactly that was delivered successfully. No quibbles, no lies and no delaying, very fair pricing also. Our customer was amazed with the service provided also. Thank you to everyone at Unit 18 with helping us with our crisis! Unit 18 have always delivered an outstanding service. From start to finish, the whole process is simple, and easy for the customer. The service and quality of work is leaps and bounds better than going to the stealership. I have taken both of my Audi A5's to Unit 18, and both have come away working even better than the day I first got them. I have also heard similar outcomes from my friends and colleagues who I have recommended unit 18 to. The teams technical knowledge and workmanship is second to no one. Having had an interesting experience with other garages (and stealers!) I refuse to go anywhere else. Unit 18 will remain my first choice for years to come. I'd like to mention at this point that I do now live over a hundred miles away - think of all the garages I could choose within 100 miles... Well, I hope that gets my point across! I highly recommend Unit 18.

The only mechanics i know who can actually diagnose more or less any problem and complete any job to a high standard. I've had them do servicing, consumables, tuning and even an engine swap on a big complicated BMW V8. Very reasonable prices and very honest too. They did a great service for me yesterday and actually best their original quote by £200 as they got the oil cheaper than expected. Genuinely good garage and a great team
