Skoda Oct MK2 VRS, Victoria and the team took my car to a stage 3 a few years back and I recently lost compression in a Cylinder. Got the car trailered to them, and as expected they stripped the engine to identify the problem with ease. Huge thanks as you've got my Beauty back on the road which has put a huge smile on my face. Highly recommend, as they are professional and customer focused every step of the way. Only negative feedback is they need a garage/team in the North. Thanks guys.

Had my car repaired here and I couldn't ask for a more efficient and professional service, one of the cleanest workshops I have ever seen also seat covers and floor mats used to protect the interior of my vehicle you really cannot ask for anymore. Excellent service, this is the only garage I will be using from now on!

5 stars aren't enough after my experience. Where to start.... Their customer service: calling me by name before I introduce myself; texts to say they're open (after lockdown announcements) honest and swift diagnostics; repairs carried out well and at a reasonable price; during covid the car and keys wiped down and my personal space respected. Amazing service all round! Thank you!!!

Top class professional service all the way. Tried several VW specialists, but Vagtech quickly got back to me with a detailed invoice of what my car would need, and clearly knew more about the issue I was having than any of the other garages I contacted. Price (for major engine work) was competitive and they only use genuine VW parts, and actually the price I was charged was lower than the original quote as they discovered some work wasn't needed. I was provided with a courtesy car, and when I picked my car up they took the time to show me the parts that had been replaced and exactly what had been done. Car now drives great. Highly recommended and I will use their services again.

The only way it could be better is if it was done for free. This is the only place I have ever taken my car to where I completely trust them, they won’t rip you off and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re the kind of person who gets anxious whenever you leave your car anywhere like me!

Great service. Very personal - and you get to speak with the engineers when you need to. No real savings on parts as they use VW original stuff on my Passat, but labour charges are well below the local main dealer. Highly recommended.

Purchased car end of June was garaged for 2and a half years.Full inspection carried out to ascertain engine management faults.Full Service carried out to all plus cambelt change water pump some suspensions arms and faults diagnosed and rectified.Victoria kept me fully informed of progress a full comprehensive list of all work required given to me.The car now drives and handles superbly cannot recommend Vagtech highly enough great professsional,friendly service.

Bought my Beetle in which had many issues and for the first time in a long time I felt WOWED with how good the company are (I've had others including well known companies make my car worse or fobbed me off). They definately know their product. Chris who spoke to me took time to patiently explain issues in terms I understood, very helpful. Everyone from booking in to collection were just excellent. First Class Service; Just had my Golf R serviced by Vagtech. Easy to book in and they offer a courtesy car if you can't wait. As I have a REVO performance map they inspect more than a normal service, as from their experience they have identified parts and lubricants have higher wear rates, such as spark plugs and Haldex filter which they showed to me before changing and cleaning. Cheaper and more thorough in my opinion than main dealers.

As with everything in life you get what you pay for. A bit more expensive than your normal garage, but it gives you a piece of mind that the job has been done well and by people who know their stuff. I had my cam belt , water pump, front brakes and stage 1 ECU done with them this months and I’m totally happy with the work, service and the whole experience. The new BREMBO discs after a week developed a nasty deep groove on the passenger side , probably something got stuck between the pad and the disc , took it back, both sides discs replaced with new ones no questions asked ,loan car provided for the day as well. Making it my garage of choice from now on.

After lovingly looking after my Mk1 S3 from 110k to 275k miles they now look after Jon's old Mk1 RS3 which he let me purchase! The recent addition of the Forge Intercooler and Revo High-Flow Carbon intake, along with a well needed decoke at 66k miles have released amazing response and power! Can't recommend this team highly enough! Great friendly very high-standard service!

Just like another recent review, Vagtech fixed a problem that most other garages couldn't or wouldn't touch. They were all extremely knowledgeable and very speedy in fixing our car.

Taken my Audi TT into VagTech for two separate jobs. On both occasions this company have done a totally professional and faultless job. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has an Audi vehicle. My husband has a VW and VagTech will definitely be getting that vehicle as well for all future work. All old parts are boxed up and given to you so you can see that they have been genuinely replaced. An invoice is supplied showing all work completed along with breakdown of cost of items and labour as well as part numbers the whole lot. Very transparent friendly helpful company and staff. You leave there confident that a thoroughly professional job has been carried out. 5 stars out of 5 no hesitation.

Took my Leon FR 184 here for a service recently, they advised a list of things that needed to be replaced, including cam belt, the quote was £300+ cheaper than main dealer..The service was great, car dropped off and was given a loan car for just £13 plus the fuel used, very handy! Cheers (Tom)

Cracked 21" wheel this time which Vagtech quoted,supplied and fitted in under 24hours ... still waiting for audi to get back.Jon and Ben have been working on my cars for many years now and never once questioned their work as it has always been explained in detail before hand.When my wife's A3 clutch exploded they did move mountains to get her back on the road. Talking to some other customers there must be a good reason why they travel miles for Vagtech to service their cars.Yes Jon ,Victoria and Ben are a small team but they have big hearts which you only find out when you need them.
