Dean and his son are absolutely spot on! Hard to get a hold of at times but that is because he is a fountain of experience. Every time I've taking my car to the garage dean has helped and assisted me at a reasonable price! He will also tell you exactly what is wrong with the car and why its gone wrong. And the best way to fix it! If you have a bmw or mini I personally wouldn't go elsewhere!

Just had a new turbo and timing chain fitted by DW///MOTORWORKS. Dean talked me through what was wrong with the car and how it went wrong and he also went through all costs and where my money was being spent. Went to pick up my car tonight and he spent a good half an hour with me in his own time showing me the parts that were broken. He then also showed me another engine that was in the garage with the same fault and how these faults endup occurring and how to prevent them. Very much appreciated 👍 so pleased I’ve finally found a reliable garage that also don’t rip your eyeballs out!😁

I have been using him since 2011 first time I met was really impressed he solved the battery starting issue within minutes he knew what he was doing. I had my car few different garage before I saw Dean and they couldn’t find the issue. Since then I’ve been using him for all my work he is a honest worker and it’s really hard to find someone like Dean. I must admit he is really busy and a bit hard to get hold of but other then that work is fantastic. I do go to him very often as I am a taxi driver.

If I could have , I would give this garage a 10star, very friendly staff, they are fantastic at there job, I have every faith in them, as you can understand when you take your car to a garage you do worry that they may not be looking after your vehicle, well I have to say this company are brilliant and you don't have to worry at all. All I will say again is BRILLIANT, I have just had my car in recently for the brakes, I love my BMW, I have work very hard for to buy this car , so I am a little protective of it, I know I am daft but this is just what it is. Again well done to all of the staff, and THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I don't go anywhere else for servicing and wouldn't trust anyone else if anything serious happened requiring more involved work. If you need someone to look after your BMW, or any car for that matter, Dean is absolutely the man for the job. His attention to detail is second to non, his prices are absolutely reasonable, and he knows the cars he works on inside out. I wouldn’t even consider letting anybody else near my BMW. Just make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment because he’s super busy all year round.

Nothing short of a genius! First used Dean when my 5 series ingested a swirl flap not only did he do all of the diagnostics free of charge the whole rebuild cost including replacement of 3 cylinders was under 1/3 of what I was quoted by BMW, in the same visit he resolved an issue with my air con BMW simply couldn’t find a cause for... took Dean under 1 minute and he even found me a new IBS lead on eBay and showed me how to fit it. Since that Dean replaced the starter motor which I watched him do in 30 minutes without being able to do see it as he didn’t remove the inlet manifold! Have used him for multiple services which where all done to suit my timescales and again at a great price. Total legend always honest even lent me bus fair to get to the metro when I was getting a service and didn’t have any cash on me!

I’ve used Dean for my last 3 BMW’s - ranging from family diesels to //M cars. Whether standard servicing or fault diagnosis the service as been 1st class. He’s an engineer not a part fitter that you might find at a main dealer. All parts are BMW and no corners are cut. Worth booking in advance and being safe in the knowledge your pride and joy is in safe hands.

After trying two other garages and buying a part I did not need Dean sorted my mini convertable roof.if you mini or bmw has any software issues this is the man to go to quick and reasonably priced .

Literally impossible to get in touch with over the last month. Phoned about 30 times, left voicemail and emailed trying to book my car in for brake change. Had thermostats replaced here a while ago and the service was great... but sadly I'm going to have to go elsewhere

Dean really is an expert in BMW's. Trained by the germans themselves.. not looking to rip you off at all.. I would advise allowing dean to diagnose the fault before going anywhere else.. he could save you ££££s.. unlike other garages he will really take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle which is what seperated him from other mechanics I've had experience with.. alternatively if you are not a petrol head like me then he'll take your car and fix it, no hassle.. would definately recommend him if you own a bmw or mini.. not sure if he takes other makes and models.
