After a tractor drove past, causing vibrations and my small hand jack going into my Sill and Door, bending the Fender in the process, I was gutted (see images) Fortunately claiming through my insurance was the very best idea as Wendy and the team at Fix Auto have made it look better than new! They even sourced me a Courtesy Car to use whilst it was being repaired and the gentleman who dropped it off and picked it up was an absolute diamond. Would definitely recommend them!

My car went in for a repair following an accident claimed through insurance. Fix Auto not only collected my vehicle from my house, they also dropped it off to the dealer for its MOT which was out of date by the time it was fixed. Additionally, they agreed to fit new brake pads and discs which I supplied, charging me only for the labour costs. They were always more than happy to accommodate, as well as being friendly and professionally when dealing with them over the phone and in person. They fixed my car completely, so much so that it looks brand new. All the parts used for the repairs also have a lifetime guarantee, which reduced worry enormously should anything go wrong in future. Highly recommend them!

I had a small bump with my car and my insurance company directed me to Fix Auto. From the minute I spoke with them on the phone to the moment I picked up my car they have been absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional and competent in every way. I had a courtesy car which a lot of garages don't provide in the current climate or they charge you for it. When I had my car back it looked like brand new. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the repair providing I take the car once a year to be checked which I don't mind doing. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you again!

My Experience with Fix Auto Oswestry was Excellent. The Staff are very Friendly and can't do enough. My Volvo needed a new door and painting . You couldn't tell which door had been done and the car had been Cleaned . When they drove the Volvo round to me It looked like a new car . So Happy with it . Many Thanks 👏🏻

The choices lack when I went. Mainly pork and shellfish. The sweet was nice though. I had the burnt cream (creme brulé). Staff were very good and friendly. Clean and tidy.

Car went back seven times about 3 years ago Reluctantly I have taken my car here as it was suggested by my insurance company and frankly I didn't have time to waste finding anyone else. Receptionist was courteous and a chap called Gary Rogers quickly attended to the car it turned out that Gary's sister is someone we've known for some years. Gary booked us in for Thursday 18th and the job would take 3 days. I took the car in at 9.00am there were two people there before me so, as I am disabled I sat down. Soon after this a chap from Enterprise arrived with my hire car so I said to the receptionist (Wendy) that I was popping out for a minute, the torrent from her mouth was something like " you'll have to wait I'm dealing with this gentleman" in a loud, arrogant, officious and offensive way. I went out and dealt with Chris from Enterprise who was charming and very efficient and returned to the office. Wendy was there on her own so I told her I was not appreciative of her treatment, she apologised, somewhat unconvincingly, and we concluded our business, I then asked to see Gary. Gary said I had a nice haircut (his sister is my hairdresser) We went outside to discuss the repair and I told him how rudely Wendy was, he didn't seem very surprised! I have made Gary aware of my disappointment when my E class went in for repair and had to go back 7 times before it was acceptable I believe the business was then called Pant Body Shop and Gary was not there then. I note from other reviews that a number of people have not been happy with the service here but there also seem to be some who have been satisfied I will review further after the car is repaired. Car has now been repaired and in fairness all appears to be well. When I went to collect the difference in the receptionist was much improved what a shame it had to be mentioned in the first place. Gary was very professional and when I noticed a slight abrasion on the bumper got it fixed immediately. Only complaint I have is the cleanlinest wheels were not cleaned properly spokes not cleaned properly (have to say I have this problem if I don't move the car pary way through) but worse still I don't think the boot had been looked at. Would I recommend Fix Auto? I really don't know at this stage
