Great experience with the GS having just moved to the City was a a great friendly mechanic. Took it in for an inspection due to speaking on the wheels. Full check and diagnostics done quickly. Explained why work needed doing without any mechanoc jargon and had no pressure to go ahead if I didn't want to. Excellent customer service one of the best I have had with a mechanic in years. Definitely going back again!

Good lad to deal with, very knowledgeable and did the job within the time promised. Advised me of a couple of things that will need doing that I wasn't aware of. Did an excellent job on the brakes and the car drives brilliantly now. Would definitely recommend Gary to my family and friends and will be using him again.

Lynder An Amazon job done took his time and helped with every problem with out hesitate would highly recommend him Freelander heating problem Called Gary out he came out the next day sorted my heater problem out then checked my battery alternator and starter for free filled up any low levels on my engine . Excellent service have left 5 stars Exceptional Service Called Gary out on a Saturday morning as a first time customer he attended that day and identified tge issue with my car which was then repaired on the Monday. All from outside my own home.He fully investigated the fault from his mobile garage and went on to identify additional issues. I have been very impressed by his service and feel value for money was exceptional. Car even received a mini valet which was most appreciated. Will use in future on all service and repair work. Rear brake fix on range rover Attended to diagnose the problem on Tuesday afternoon. Back 1st thing Wednesday morning to complete the job. Great Brilliant service Excellent fast service. Fitted my clutch on a Toyota Avensis 2.2 deisel in record time. Needed my boxer van heating sorted out, freezing weather and phoned atleast 6 or 7 garages and mobile mechanic's, all advertised on google as top rated, yet all were unwilling to help or just simply never turned up. After so much of getting messed around i was ready to give up on it, then came across GS auto's and spoken to a guy called gary. Gary was very polite and professional, he explained what will happen and what time he will arrive that very day. True to his word he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my van. Give me a quality fair price that saved me a fortune, fixed my heater the same day. All fixed on my drive way at home with gary been a mobile mechanic, no stress or hassle, just sat in my house with a cup of coffee, while my van gets fixed outside, very fair priced and saved me a fortune. Brilliant service , the lad knows his stuff and doesn't mess you around . Had an issue with my egr valve which was sorted in just over an hour . Recently moved from Scotland to Newcastle and I will be back for any other mechanical issues.
