Once I selected most appropriate option, workmanship was first class. Car looks as good as new, customer service and communication should also be held in the highest regard.

S. G.I damaged my wife’s car against the wall and got a quote from Alex at Halls which was great considering the state of the damage! Alex had the car a day and when I collected it the following day I was over the moon with the quality of the finish - he even washed and polished the car too!

J. C.I needed to find a good and reliable body repair and painter in tyne and wear, as close to Gateshead as possible, I was given a telephone number off a friend for Halls Auto Body and Paint. I rang and spoke to Alex and arranged to take my car for him to view, I arrived at the body shop, Alex came out and looked at my car, Alex was very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable, he discussed what he intended to do in great detail , from how he would repair certain panels to what type of paint he intended using, he actually done something i had never seen or heard of before with a camera, he explained to me it was to get the best paint match possible to my car, how long it would take, and what the end result would be like. I was given a cup of coffee as Alex showed me some photos of his previous work, he also showed me a couple of American muscle cars he is busy restoring, one for himself and the other for a customer. I arranged to drop the car off the following week, Alex had the car for 3 days then rang me to say it was done. I got there and couldn't believe what he had done to my car, all the repairs, the paint work and then he had given the car a 3 stage machine polish, I cant believe a 8 year old car can be made to look brand new again. Thank you so much Alex, I will recommend you to everyone I know
