Very helpful staff and easy to book. My lease car had a puncture so needed replacing. I arrived well before opening time but the lads were happy to take my car. They contacted me later that day to tell me it was ready and I picked up my car without any trouble. All transactions having been conveniently done between Kwik Fit and my lease company.

I’ve been going to this branch for a while with various issues with my car - they’ve consistently been professional, helpful and honest in their work. Went in again today with a punctured tyre and alignment issues. Anthony Irving greeted me, got my puncture and alignment seen to within the hour, and didn’t charge a thing. The service is always extremely quick, and the staff there are excellent!

I would not normally leave a review for a garage, but I normally don't receive such excellent service from any garages I visit!! The staff at this branch are very professional and always ready to help out their customers. I only came in today because I had such bad service at the West Road Kwik Fit that I was too scared to leave my car there!! I was served by Dan at Gosforth Kwik Fit and he was really helpful today and got my car fixed quickly. I should have just gone to this branch in the first place...! Cheers 👍👍👍

Needed new headlight bulbs for a Hyundai i10 and Halfords couldn't get the headlight unit out. Took it to KwikFit without much expectation and they really nailed it. Excellent service at KwikFit Gosforth. I took my car for an MOT and it passed but I was advised to have work done on the brakes which I’d been expecting since it’s service the year before. Dan and his colleagues couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They gave me a quote and I booked it in for the following week. Quick and affordable. Had 2 new front tyres booked in and changed in under 30min. Goodyear £130 for 2. Alignment was out also, £59.95 to get it corrected. Was there for a total of about 40 mins tops. Really happy with the service.

I called into this garage today, the manager was very welcoming. Even though they had cars booked in they took a look at my car. I was shown the problem by one of the mechanics there called Steve, he explained what required replacing, with worse case and best case scenarios. The manager then called to see if they were able to get the parts for the works to be done, bare in mind is was Saturday afternoon. The parts were there within 20 minutes and the repairs all completed within an hour. Excellent customer service and very very happy with the work carried out especially at such short notice, I would definitely recommend this garage.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Kwikfit! I had taken my car to a "reputable dealer" and was charged nearly £700 to fix a window which in the end still wasn't fixed after 2 days of being messed around. Excellent service but can't understand why they won't allow customers to sit in waiting area socially distanced. This is from the KwikFit website. "At which point you can either leave the vehicle with us and return when the work is completed, or wait either in reception or outside the centre." If that is Kwikfit's policy as on the website why is this centre saying you can't wait in Reception?.

Brilliant service. Very polite and friendly - a rarity when looking for the right garage. Been for an MOT, took a matter of hours to complete. We took it in at 8am and we had it back by lunchtime. Been for a service, same story, a matter of hours. We had a slow puncture on Sunday and we took it in. Both front tyres replaced within 30 minutes so we could carry on with our day. I'm not sure if these guys are cheaper than other garages but quite frankly, I couldn't give a toss. Their service is top notch and I will be using them for years. I would rather pay more to deal with professionals who actually care about you. We also have the service plan with this Kwik-Fit, which allows you to pay for your service over 12 months and covers a variety of repairs. Thank you!

Great service and attention from all staff. I had been advised by my vehicle dealership to replace all 4 tyres urgently, along with wheel allignment totalling £800 plus. Kwik Fit team stated no requirement for rear tyres as they were fine, and only required allignment for 29 quid. Saved over £ 300 due to staff honesty. Clean and comfortable waiting and viewing area with free tea and coffee. Brill! Hassle free visit.

This branch of kwik fit is a credit to the whole company. The staff are friendly, helpful and honest in my experience. Where other garages sell you unnecessary things, I can confidently say these guys do the right job and well usually much better priced than dealers. My main dealings have been with Michael and Mark - friendly top guys who go out of their way even when the place is heaving! A few years ago they ordered and fitted new suspicion on my car on Xmas eve and I've taken my last 3 cars there by preference and they know me by name now. They know what they're doing with sports cars to so don't hesitate togive these guys a try.

Took my car into the centre for a puncture repair. Jack rang to confirm the problem. Once completed Jack rang back explained what he had done and said it was ready to pick up. Can’t fault the service. Yeah the centre is busy, especially at weekends, but during the week if you drop your vehicle off early enough, the staff will ensure the repair is carried out ASAP.

I have visited the branch on a number of occasions with issues and received very professional and courteous help. In particular, I have been impressed by the branch Manager, Mark, on providing an excellent service ! Mark is a great asset to KwikFit, as over 20 years I have visited many garages and would regard him as one of the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable managers. The team also deserve praise in particular Sean, Michael, and also Steve, and their many skilled colleagues behind the scenes in the workshop, whose names I am not familiar with. I have now made this garage and branch my regular for my 2 cars (Mercedes and Vauxhall). I have also praised the Gosforth branch to friends, colleagues, and family.

The assistant said that steel caps tend to seize up over a time. He managed to remove them and then offered to reflate all the tyres. All done efficiently, with a smile and at no charge. In dealing with my order for 4 new tyres the centre staff in Gosforth were let down by KwikFit's central system. The staff were first class, courteous, pleasant and helpful. Having ordered the tyres and booked an early morning slot for fitting online some days before, the process seemed easy. Unfortunately, moments before setting off for the appointment, I received a call to say that the tyres had not been delivered to the centre. To be fair they were delivered later that morning and were fitted immediately I turned up, Nevertheless, this process took up the whole of my morning. I placed the order with KwikFit on the basis that this was the quickest and easiest option available. It cost me half a day to find out I wrong I was.

All staff are helpful. Convenient location. Tyres are expensive because they dont have the budget selection. Wheel allignment check is free but wheel allignment is expensive. Unfortunately you cannot find the price for it online. It is better to book in advance. Tyre repair service is fast and reasonably priced.

I called in unannounced on Monday 27th April at 10.00 am because, having driven up from Liverpool, I noticed that the tyre warning light in my BMW 3-series 318 had come on and I was afraid that one of my run-flat tyres had sustained a puncture. I had to leave Gosforth by 11.00am. The unit was busy but I was received with courtesy and efficiency and told that they would do their best to fit me in between previously booked appointments. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee.The fitter spent 20 minutes carefully checking all the tyres but could find no fault and suggested that the sensor had been triggered by a bump in the road. He even re-set the warning light. No charge was made although so much time had been spent. I was on the road again before 10.30am and the tyres have been fine since .This was exceptional service and I send thanks to all concerned. I would certainly come again if another problem arose.
