Car went in to have accident damage repaired. The work was so good, I had them respray the entire car, replace trims and windscreen. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. (And patient!!) Looked after me like a company should and had a few laughs along the way. I cannot highly recommend these guys enough. Thank you (in no order) Alan, David, Paul, Tom, Danielle. Also everyone in the parts dept, Elliot, Craig and Steven to name a few people.

Just wanted to leave a review for this guys for helping with my accident , went there for an estimate and Alan referred me to a claim company that helped me with my non faulty accident. Honestly this was the best customer service I have ever received in my life , Alan and Tom were so nice to explain all the options and how quick and efficient they were it was just wow . Very impressed with Lloyd's bodyshop in Newcastle when my wife's BMW suffered some extensive accident damage. I'm very picky when it comes to bodywork and I couldn't fault it. Friendly bunch to boot!

Did a brilliant job of replacing my hood and front bumper. Would never tell the difference. All done within 5 working days. All the staff freindly and polite. Although the insurance pays the bill I think the what they charged was very reasonable and a lot less than I though it would be. They provided a nice courtesy car which wasnt plastered with their logo so that was a nice bonus. Thanks Lloyd's.

After poor customer service from a previous bodyshop recommended by my insurance. I couldn’t be happier with the work carriedout by Lloyds bodyshop. I dropped in my car on the morning of booking and there was an issue with the booked courtesy car that has been returned by the previous user damaged,they had tried contacting me but my insurance dual policy meant message was left on partners voicemail. Following day dropped in my car and collected a replacement courtesy car, very quickly in 4 days my car was ready to collect. I was impressed by communication with all departments at Lloyds. My car was repaired to a very satisfactory standard and very clean. Thanks guys!

Great service as for BMW standards...you will feel like at home there but the prices are a big higher than i fought but if you value a professional service you won't be disappointed..
