This is a top garage, never had such good honest treatment from the start to the finish, so refreshing to find so much care and attention especially from Max the sales manager. What can I say, absolutely brilliant guy! Mike came to the rescue late on a Saturday afternoon when my van had gotten a flat tyre on the hill of a close by street. I went to the garage on the off chance and straight away he offered to come look at it, giving me a lift back up. Fixed the tyre no problems at all at an incredibly reasonable price, especially considering it was the weekend and there was some faff involved with it being on a hill! Thank you so much for your help (and to the lady looking after my dog at the garage), totally saved my bacon!

We were in Wooler on holiday and Mike kindly looked at our car, the hand brake had stopped working and there had been a noise that seemed to be getting worse at low speed. A rear brake calliper needed replacing along with discs and pads. Mike managed to order the parts and fit them the following day before lunch. Brilliant service, much appreciated and a good price. You can get better than a K***fit fitter.

Mike Hooper is an absolute gem of a guy. On holiday when the car decided to play up and I was fearing the worst. He solved the problem (someone had loosened my wheel nuts) and didn't charge me a penny. Even tho it still took him time to look and sort it. Brilliant and well worth the tenner I left him for a couple of pints

A tourist in trouble. First rate and honest service. They managed to slot us in to their busy schedule and within an hour had diagnosed the problem. They gave us an honest appraisal, good advice and got us back on the road. If we had more days left on the holiday, we would have arranged to get the car repaired through them. Thank you

Great service. Just moved to the area, had a problem with battery warning, booked in for investigation, needed a new battery which was fitted. Very competitive prices too, will be back for service MOT and I believe they do good deals on tyres too.

Staying at the caravan park and my exhaust came loose on the bumpy roads. Called up the garage who fitted me in for first thing the next morning. Got there about 20 past 8 and back in the caravan by 9 and able to enjoy the last day of our holiday. Great value and service. Would have been in a real tight spot without Mike Hope of Wooler. Last Saturday morning (10th April) - Jamie came to my rescue - I was travelling for a funeral and discovered my tyre looked low turned out there was a nail in my tyre. The staff were very busy but still repaired my tyre with no fuss. I was most grateful. Great service, will definitely use again.

Well what can I say I picked up.a puncture and needed to get it repaired or replaced. Found this garage and well the service is the best I've ever had from a garage, they could not of been more help full and fast at attending to the problem considering I just turned up. They fixed the problem and the cost was excellent . Would I use this garage again you bet if I could pick them up and move you closer to my home I would use you all the time. You are a garage that should be proud the service and pricing are first rate. I I realy give 5 stars to garages as they norm overcharge and service is poor,BUT NOT YOU please keep.this up thanks again 1 very happy costomer

Picked up a puncture on my way through Wooler towards Coldstream.... I was on a motorcycle so I wheeled it into Mike Hopes Hoping ( pun intended) they would be able to fix it... No problems guys were really helpful and cracked on and stuck a new inner tube in for me .... Great service ...
