I initially had a problem with my delivery which the couriers damaged. However, after contacting mycarcleaning they were professional and super responsive so they 100% rectified it. Bought a tyre brush. Its hogs hair. Very good quality. The p and p was a bit steep. Easy to use as it has a bobble on that fits between your fingers so its very easy to grio when putting tyre dressing on.

Visited MyCarCleaning a few weeks back now whilst I was working in the area. Awesome shop! Very neat and tidy and they have pretty much all you need. Shop is laid out really well for the space they have, so easy to spend more than you budget for….🙂. Very helpful staff who just let you browse at your leisure. Just wish they were in the South West!!!! I have now used their mail order system to. Again, a more than pleasurable system. Website is easy to navigate, lots of stock online. Free delivery over £££, very easy to get to that as its an addiction to buy so much, just in case 😉 Got a few little surprises added to the delivery box also, so cheers for the little extras guys. Will certainly be using the mail order again but when i am in the area, i will definitely be visiting the shop in person. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed 🙂😊🙂😊

Ordered at 10pm on a Saturday night for a click and collect and received the email saying ready to collect at 9:30am on the Sunday morning. Couldn't ask for better really. When I got to the shop to collect I was welcomed in and dealt with efficiently and with a very friendly manner. Very happy with the service I feceived, couldn't ask for better. I placed my first order last week but unfortunately a packing mistake occurred and one of the items was similar but not what I ordered. I contacted them and Jake dealt with it in a customer focused and professional manner, the right product was sent by courier and they also allowed me to keep the original one. Brilliant, even though it's small they have all the goodies. Chemical guys, bilt hamber, gtechinq etc. When I was in the tall bloke serving gave honest advice on snowfoam and a wheel cleaner to a man asking for help. Also when I asked for some ONR they didn't have any but he didn't try to sell me something useless he just said they didn't have it. So seem a honest place. They were opening the upstairs bit b so not been up there yet but plenty stuff down stairs.

I used Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner for the first time. I sprayed it on and left while the car was coated in snow foam, I then rinsed with the MTM Astra and was able to get into the spokes with the short trigger. Absolutely top job and the wheels are sparkling without any brushing.
