I usually don’t write reviews however the lads at Stobbart and Collins today saved my life (metaphorically) I was on my way home yesterday and the clutch stopped working on my van I took it to the garage at 16:55 and explained I needed the van for tomorrow very early as I was driving to the south of wales for a festival and that was my transport and place to sleep. (Giving them only one day to fix it). They informed it was a massive squeeze but would try their best. At 5pm today I picked up my beautiful fixed van could have cried ! Couldn’t recommend enough 💖 thank you all !!!!

Lee has done a lot of work on my competition car. His attention to detail and workmanship is fantastic. Also he’s always happy to pick up the phone when i have a problem. Top service from Stobbart & Collins 👍

Excellent garage, the mechanics go out of their way to help you out! I usually go there for my MOT and any repairs I have needed have been done quickly at a great price. Today I passed by near closing time with an issue with my indicator and James offered to fix it for free! Amazing service, 10/10 fully recommend!

Great, friendly team. 1st time user, not the last! I booked my 2012 car in for a MOT & Service. Knowing this time it would need some work on the brakes. They rang me within 2hrs to inform me of the additional work had the prices to give me, I believe they were very reasonable (I'm sure I paid more 6yrs ago for the last lot of discs & pads!). It also needed a new mid section and back box on the exhaust. Which again I was surprised how good the price was. All work was done that day. EXTREMELY HAPPY! They are covid secure, and sterilise your car.

Despite the heavy workload the garage had, they took my car in after it had cracked 2 front suspension springs. Car was pushed into the queue, fixed and returned quickly and all at a great price. I’ve used them now for 7 years and the price is always a pleasant surprise. Professional, trustworthy and fully reliable- not three words I use lightly - they’re worth being your local garage.

Took my ford fiesta for an MOT and service which turned into a big. However I was called well in advance and told about the situation and costs. I felt everything was transparent and fairly priced. Ended up getting my car back well before the end of the day despite the amount of work required. Would recommend and take confidence in them (I found them through reviews as well).

I took my Vauxhall Nova here after the engine suffered terminal failure 5 days after buying the car. Lee and the team we’re very empathetic to the situation. The cause of the failure was swiftly diagnosed and all options discussed with great advice given. I opted for an engine change which was carried out to an exemplary standard and at an extremely reasonable cost. I was kept well informed at every stage. There were no problems, just issues that could be resolved. Nothing was a problem to this team. I am delighted with the result and certainly will not be going anywhere else in the future. A great find and highly recommended . It’s unusual to find an honest and trustworthy garage these days!

Absolutely excellent garage! They were really busy but accepted my car in the same day I rang and tried a number of approaches to get to the bottom of the problem. Excellent service AND prices! I cannot share the same view as the previous reviewer, as I have had my breaks and discs replaced for £168 (including VAT), on the same afternoon that I had dropped the car off. This was important to me as I had to travel 100 miles the same evening. Since then I have been back to the garage for advice every time my car needed repairs and have had great service every time. Don't be afraid to ask the staff to discuss the options with you, as they are very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service! Cannot fault them. First time I went was because Kwik Fit quoted me £75 for a new fan belt which Sean tightened free of charge! I would highly recommend them and will not go anywhere else. Back today with what I thought was a big problem which was fixed within 10 minutes. Thank you! ;)

I purchased a car recently . At first the car seemed fine but gradually I began to notice various faults. A friend recommended this garage to me and I took my car in. The car had a leak and was stalling quite a lot. The engineer ran a diagnostic on my vehicle which brought up various faults, they then investigated further to find the cause of the faults. The engineer was very knowledgeable and broke down all the problems to me and made the necessary repairs, all at a reasonable price. I am very happy as the car is running great and hasn't stalled once. I was a bit nervous going to any garage as I don't have much knowledge of cars and was worried about the cost. They did a great job and were very professional.
