Could not complain one bit with the service. Phoned up for a tyre repair said I could be in at around 1 I arrived about 30mins early and within 5minutes my car had been lifted up. £25 for a tyre repair I don't think is bad as it was in and out in about 30 mins. Staff were very friendly. Should I have any problems again or need new tyres I will 100% be back, they offer a wide range if services from MOT to brake checks . Fully recommended.

Never knew these guys were there. But have to say they were absolutely fantastic, called in with a slow punctured tyre, done in about 20mins. Waited in there clean warm office, and the three lads that were there had great honest craic. Lee was especially great, very attentive to not only me but to the other customers that were there too. Just left tyre city around 15 minutes ago. Booked car in for brake check last night as my discs were warped. Got it in looked at and got a quote very quickly, fair price and honest work. Checked all fluid levels and topped them up where needed. Also checked all tyres and did the little things you don't often expect. Good work and very efficient. Will definitely use them again.

I had purchased a used Nissan 370Z just 20 minutes before i visited Tyre City. The car was equipped with very low quality budget tyres so i had pre-booked new Dunlops to be fitted here. I arrived approx 30 minutes early but it was not an issue and they got the car inside within minutes. Approximately 45 minutes later they had completed all 4 wheels! Not only that, they cleaned the surfaces of the wheels that mate to the hub face and also the tyres and rims were not covered in that nasty tyre fitting grease, they were perfectly clean. It's such a shame then that i live over 170 miles away from this garage because i would be using them on every occasion possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough and i would personally like to thank you for making car collection day go even better for me than i had hoped!

After noticing a slow puncture, I went to Tyre City this morning. Their customer service was 5* and nothing was a problem from the moment that I walked through the door. Brian took a look at my Land Rover, he checked all the tyres, discussed with me the best solution, with honesty, repaired the tyre in question, filled all the tyres with air and topped up my screen wash. He then filled in my documents, as my tyres are protected through an insurance, without hesitating. I couldn't believe the price was so cheap and will certainly be returning and recommending here to others. I can't thank Brian and his team enough. 5*

Adam, Brian and Craig were professional, helpful, incredibly fast at repairing my Ford KA, and I would absolutely go back again for any future MOT's or repair work needed. I arrived after having a vehicle break down earlier in the day, the guys had my car ready and going again after 4 tyre replacements and a realignment in less than 30 minutes. The tyre pressure light came on the dash panel. So I went to get it checked. nail in the side of my tyre. Which of course it needed replacing. But they didn't have my type of tyre in store. So they organised a taxi to pick one up from Gosforth to the store. And then fitted it as soon as possible. As I had my disabled mum with me. Apart from parting with my money lol. I phoned tyre city enquirying about a tyre for my mazda 2, i spoke to Craig who suggested i bring car in and he would check my tyres, i asked when he could do the inspection, he said bring it today, so i did. I called in here a few weeks ago to get a vibrating wheel problem sorted. It turned out I needed two new rear tyres as the old ones were splitting on the inside edge. My car was seen to very quickly and despite having to wait two hours for the new tyres to be delivered everything was sorted allowing us to continue on our holiday journey. I was very pleased with the service.

We were on our way out for the day and realised the under tray was hanging off the car. We noticed this garage and called in on the off chance someone could have a look at it. I've always doubted the honesty of mechanics in general but this place has changed my opinion, Brian was top class, he was honest from start to finish with no hard sale technique. He showed me what was wrong with my tyres and then made me aware of a leak that I was unaware of with my brake flexi hose. This has potentially saved my life...THANK YOU. I called into the branch today to ask them to check a tyre maintenance warning on my dash. All at the branch were very welcoming and pleasant. They examined the issue and explained that my tyres were all fine and none of them needed any maintenance or changes at this time. Without being asked they put some air into the tyres and even topped up my screenwash. They made no charge for this service which was a really impressive and definitely means that I'd have no hesitation in returning to the branch for any future tyre changes and related issues. I took my car in for winter tyre change and wheel alignment, as I have done for the last 8 years.During this time the staff have always been cheerful and helpful as they were on this occasion when they discovered a fault unrelated to the tyre change. They took pains to ensure that I was not inconvenienced, diagnosed the source of the problem thus ensuring that I did not have to pay for an expensive part that I would otherwise have had to pay for, and made no charge for their extra trouble. Not for the first time they went the extra mile for me.

Got there 20 minutes before closing and was helped to get my tyre puncture fixed and also told my tyres where nearing the end of their life. The staff stayed passed closing time to replace my two worn tyres and fix the puncture in my other tyre. What a really helpful and friendly team. I use this particular store all the time and would not go anywhere else. Would recommend to all.

I visited Tyrecity Denton with flat tyre. I was dealt with by Owen who was excellent at keeping me informed i was lucky that i only needed a puncture repair which he did. Got stuck on A1 with a flat tyre, breakdown couldn't remove the wheel nut so towed me to Tyre City. The team there couldn't have been more helpful, whilst they didn't have the tool to remove the nut, they were prepared to have a go. Brian managed very efficiently to remove it, then showed results of inspection of tyres. Within a short time tyre renewed and also the all important tracking completed.
