Wrights have taken good care of both my cars for a few years now. My VW UP recently developed a worrying rattle so booked it in today for them to take a look. I suspected/hoped it was something simple. Sure enough it was just the exhaust heat shield that had a couple of bolts work loose.
All fixed quickly AND FOC which was such a nice surprise. I know it was a quick/easy job but still it must have taken at least 15 mins to test, investigate, fix, retest.
It so nice nowadays for loyal customers to be treated like this. Would not have happened at any main dealer.
