Excellent customer service and competitive price from these guys, who are also very knowledgeable about the vehicles they fit to (unlike some others who don't have a clue). I've now used them a few times and recommended them to friends and family, who are also delighted. They use good quality branded fittings and wiring systems and I've never had a problem. We had four tow-bars fitted over a number of years from fixed to detachable both on cars and vans. The trailer services and professional advice from caravans to trailers we received was priceless. Nothing too much hassle, and very knowledgeable about the products. Could not fault the prices compared to similar businesses. Would not hesitate in recommending the company to anyone.

I'd intended to install a new tow bar myself. On seeing how complex it was going to be I asked Simon if he could do the job. And he did. Plus he did this for a good price, despite all the complications, all of which were addressed, he even changed his work time to help me out. Oh and Cov-19 social distancing was respected.
