J. H.A water leak in the back of my VW T-Roc was raised to their attention and the Engineer I dealt with was very supportive and very informative. He kept me updated with sound information and was helpful to say that if any other related issues arise to contact them straight away.
Not many places that say "we're here to help" actually mean it, or you dont feel it. But at FMG they are good at making you feel that they really are here to help.

That can't tell the difference between front and back, and left to right and that makes waiting time longer to get your car back. Front reception staff are really nice and although it's not there fault do apologise for the delay. Great company.
