C. N.Stuart has been a saviour. After 6 weeks of troubleshooting at various German cars specialists around Bristol, Stuart finally identified the cause of the problem, which actually been lingering for a while. A poor installation during the replacement of the 6x injectors could have seriously damaged the engine. I explained to Stuart the history of the work carried out over the last 6 weeks but Stuart returned to basics and investigated the problem holistically. A true trouble-shooter. I am so pleased to have recovered my car (BMW Z4), which is now running as smooth as the day I purchased it. I am really pleased. Thanks again for your patience and for successfully repairing my car. Very pleased and satisfied customer.
F.After finding their details on a forum I contacted Forza to see if they could retrofit my car with cruise control. From start to finish they were brilliant to deal with. Stuart reassured me that I had the correct parts and that fitting and coding would be no issue. Chatting to Stuart and Anne was a pleasure as they were friendly and welcoming. It was refreshing to talk to someone who has a wealth of knowledge about BMWs. I'm now loving the cruise control. I will definitely be back when I can think of the next mod! Thanks again.
M. W.Forza came very highly recommended by owners on trusted BMW forums, I wasn't disappointed. By chance I had a good chat to Stuart, the owner, when I dropped off my recently purchased (but elderly) BMW. He gave me complete confidence. They fixed a number of diagnosed and known issues - glow plugs, swirl flaps, dpf warning etc at two thirds of the quoted price of the main dealer / stealer and I'll be using them from now on.

Stuart looks after my Porsche and various family members' BMWs
P. R.Great service from Stu after a strange problem occured with my M5. He went though the car with a fine toothcomb and kept me informed of what he'd checked and identified it as shock absorbers. I bought the genuine parts and Stu fitted them, I went back a few weeks ago to get the tracking tweaked and the car is transformed. Thanks Stu ☺
R. O.Just had my Logic7 CD Head-unit (ALPINE CD73) reprogramming done by Stuart at ForzaGB. Hifi sound is back after 3 weeks of searching around for AutoLogic equipped Independent BMW specialist service centre. Very happy with the cost too, as I know how expensive AutoLogic tool is and also Stuart’s knowledge is excellent.
BMW 325 Coupe (E92 3.0L 6cyl Petrol).
M. L.I bought an M3 a year ago, with an SMG pump that had been replaced (a common fault) by Forza West 2.5 years ago. That part has now just failed. Local garage took one look at invoice, and said that is not the price of a genuine, BMW part. Maybe they used a secondhand pump, and maybe that was done, on the cheap, on the instructions of the owner at the time. Either way, to get it fixed properly, has just cost me well over £2,000, twice the price of the Forza West job. I suppose, as a temporary fix, to get car sold, it did the job. Just hope car does not throw up any more surprises.
