M. L.Fantastic SERVICE today on my 15 year old C Class Mercedes. A first service with Halls Garage after MOT in December along with brake replacement. Friendly service and honest, no nonesense advice. Jon and Ashleigh and the team did a great job again today and I would / will defintely recommend them to others. I was recommended this garage by friends for quality and friendliness of service. Having taken the advise, I also now highly recommend this garage. It’s a typical small village garage type that i found to be warm, friendly, honest and value for money. I found them trustworthy and very knowledgeable of my model. I had a concern that going away from the main MINI/BMW dealer would render my onboard service data incomplete, but not to worry, this professional garage has the software and technology to write online service data directly and maintain dashboard service data history on your car. I was happy with the Service option(s) and valuable advise offered to me and also the price charged for the full service and MOT. Thanks again guys and also to the friendly receptionist Ashley. I will be using you for my future service needs in the future.

G. G.With my engine warning light appearing and my vehicle losing power becoming near on non-roadworthy. I booked in for a diagnosis test and repair. The guys were friendly throughout and called me up within a couple of hours to diagnose the exact problem and inform me they had fixed it there and then. The knowledge and professionalism of the mechanics was outstanding throughout. Not to mention the more than fair pricing of my repair. Overall a very satisfied customer.
P. C.We were recommended to this garage for an MOT, yes even during Covid-19 lock-down, we couldn't have been more impressed! We had bought our son a second-hand (and as it turned out very neglected) BMW 1 Series. John overhauled it, MOT'd it, replaced everything that needed to ensure a reliable, safe and roadworthy car was the result and we are delighted. We will be now confident we are giving our son a car which to all intents and purposes is in tip top condition. John kept us informed all along the way so we didn't have any nasty surprises when the bill came, great communication and service. We will definitely be bringing our other two BMW's to him in future.

Paul was soo friendly and organised from the get go, he wasn't pushy or obtrusive and allowed the car to sell itself. He immediately set out all the information in front of us so we could see the history and the features, he left us to make our own decision. I had a few queries with the features on my car after the sale and Paul didn't hesitate to give his knowledge and he immediately found a solution. This garage has restored my faith in used car dealers as after a long car search full of pushy encounters with dealers, Halls has completely changed my whole experience.
