We broke down in the fuel station adjacent to this garage on our way back from a local festival and the chaps pushed it around for us and did a full diagnostic checkup, and then re-started the car for us after finding a fault in the starter motor, and allowed us to quickly return to London. They even sent us a follow-up email so we could claim on the car’s warranty. All the chaps were super polite and efficient and really made what could have been a super stressful situation on the hottest day in history actually an easy ride. Thank you so much!!

I recently took my car to have its Mot, the staff were very polite and professional, called me as soon as it was ready. The mot tester put my bumper back into place for me as well. Very happy. Would recommend and use again .

Really helpful and honest local garage. Been there for a few puncture repairs and services in the past on my old car. new car got a puncture and has diamond cut rims... they were honest and said "we will have a look to try find the puncture but we don't want to damage the wheels so I'll send you somewhere that can do it." They called ahead to the other place and got me seen straight away. Very friendly and helpful staff whenever we've visited.

First time here today. Left my car for a service. They found a problem with my exhaust and phoned to ask if I wanted them to fix it while it was there. Let me know as soon as it was ready. Very prompt service. Helpful, friendly staff. Reasonable price. Would recommend. Have already booked for my MOT next month.

RAC towed me here on Easter Monday - first thing Tuesday Jason and the team were able to order in the required part and fit it before the end of the day so I could head back home to Yorkshire. Sitting in the garage most of the day I saw how well the team deal and handle different customers and different jobs. I'd thoroughly recommend them and wish I had a local garage with their expertise and customer service. Cheers again for getting me on the road!

Definitely recommend Hillcroft! After one garage (who I won't name!) suggested my car needed a full engine replacement for £4k, i rang hillcroft for a 2nd opinion, they collected my car and the next day, and found that it only had a broken thermostat.. They kept me updated daily on my car and the bill. nothing that warrented a replacement engine at all!!! My car is running better than ever.. Lovely genuine guys, thank you so much!! EDIT.. 2wks later and car is back doing what it was in the beginning!! Taken back to hillcroft. Hopefully they will continue their service and sort it out 🙏🏻for me

Car stopped on M4 breakdown towed us to services, I rang hillcroft garage they came and took us to the garage within an hour they sorted it for us and had us back on the road lovely friendly staff thank you all so much!!!!!
