Great customer service! Booked for an MOT online the night before. Dropped the car off and was greeted by Robyn, lovely, helpful and polite. MOT took around an hour and Robyn, called with updates. Easy process! I will definitely be using this garage in the future! ☺️

Among one of the best garages on the island. Easy online booking system, friendly and professional staff, quality work and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?! On top of that, they have well thought out precautions in these Covid times. Can highly recommend them!

My car broke down on arrival on my holiday. James Garage towed it the following morning, found the problem and had it fixed within 24 hours. They could not have been more helpful or courteous, taking the time to explain to me what they'd done when I collected my car. Robin on reception is so polite, she couldn't have been kinder or more sympathetic. I highly recommend these guys without hesitation.

the whole team at Jame's garage were brilliant, and most importantly very honest with regards to what was wrong with my car (i thought there were multiple faults, but it turned out there was only one) The mechanics were very knowledgeable and skilled, and Robin (the receptionist) was so friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They are very reasonably priced, and easy to get to. I'll definitely be using them again :-)

Replacement turbo and shock absorber carried out. To the moon and back is my appreciation, very respectful and considerate in difficult situations. The van starter motor died while working away, the RAC guy towed us to James garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were trying to source a new starter motor before we even arrived. The van was fixed within 3 hours and we had it back. Amazing service, highly recommended.

Great team, punctual and professional. In spite of it being really busy period for everyone due to the covid 19 backlog of MOTs, when I rang Robyn managed to fit my van in for a MOT almost immediately, while other garages were quoting me dates into next month! Dropped my van off and by the time I had walked to Toolstation and back, my MOT was completed, so really convenient - plus James sorted out a defective bulb issue which had been niggling me. Thanks!

Brilliant guy and a fantastic company, i come to Isle Of Wight for a car show, broke down in the showground, rang James morning after and he was very quick to awnser the phone, source me a new radiator from mainland very same day, for a really reasonable price, fitted and tested it and got me back on the road. New clutch on our cooper d . Pick up the car 09:45 Thursday from nodes park caravan site with their own flatbed recovery truck. Confirmed costs and advise pending any unforseen issues. Car back Friday 15:30. Paid the quoted price. James and his team have customer services at the core of their business. I have been in the motor trade hands on for 30 years + and dread having things done to any vehicle unless I know who is doing the job in my local area. Long story short.
