Faultless and professional service! I sent my car in for alloy referb and to repair a scuff on the front bumper. The customer facing team were transparent when completing the initial quote, as well as keeping me up to date on progress via the activity Dashboard during the workshop / repair phase. My daughter recently had an accident (not her fault) and having used Castle previously, and therefore knowing the quality of their service, recommended that she request she chose them as her preferred repairer. They arranged,, and promptly recovered her vehicle, and dealt with her insurers on her behalf, and despite her insurers trying to bully her into accepting one of their own approved repairers, she exercised her right to choose a repairer of her choice. The staff at Castle Coachworks are exceptional, friendly & polite, they handled everything for her and kept her advised of progress, taking away all the hassle. The repair was first class, they returned the vehicle to my daughters place of employment looking like a new pin, it had been completely cleaned throughout, and sanitised. A big thank you to all the staff at Castle Coachworks, especially Brian & Matt. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I had my windscreen replaced with a genuine Volvo windscreen and I could not be more pleased. I had a to wait a few days for an upper trim to be special ordered from Sweden, but the new windscreen was of a higher specification than the original with rain sensors (even though the car does not have the feature or switch built in). I waited while the replacement was done which took just under five hours which included allowing the bond to harden. A free car wash was also offered but due to the workshop being busy I would have had to wait an hour so I declined the offer in order to get a head start on the drive back to London. Overall, I am happy with the service and the final result.

Paintwork good.but vehicle still not right after repair alignment issues possibly something been mist on repair, they have now pushed the bumper forward to compensate alignment issues which has now caused drivers side bumper to crease in and not align with wheel arch. Has been in several times to rectify. There is discrepencys on mileage when vehicle has come back to me and the passenger seat has been moved everytime it has been in. The insurance company are now investigating the complaint and sorting out the poor repair.

Fantastic service. They phoned me every 2-3 days to let me know how the repairs were going on my car. I never once had to chase them! The repairs are as good as new using genuine parts. I really can't tell that I had an accident that crumpled the bonnet, bumper and driver side front wing. Don't go along with the repairer your insurance company recommends unless it's these guys! [Edit 3/8/17] So my car has been involved in another accident courtesy of an uninsured driver. Damage was extensive to the body work (I really expected insurance to write it off) and yet again Castle Coachworks have done a fantastic job in just 2 weeks.

Same old same old. It's a bodyshop like any other. Generally average work and average service at best. Did the front wing on our Laguna. We had to chase them and it was almost the same colour when we got it back.
