Rarely one comes across an outstanding business where what is promised is delivered, on time, in a professional manner, at reasonable prices, and with a smile on their face. Chris, who is the owner, takes huge pride in running a well run operation, more focused on delivering, a professional workshop offering all motor related services, like annual service, MOT, repairs etc. They are able to offer reasonable prices, as there are no fancy waiting rooms with coffee machines. More focused on delivering the services customers require, and with great customer interaction. Will continue to have my cars serviced from here.

A truly brilliant, genuine and trustworthy garage - Chris and the team are fantastic! Bought my second car from here over a year ago and recently had a few problems; took it into Chris and within a minute he could tell me exactly what the issues were and had them fixed in no time. He took pictures of the issues, produced the invoices for the parts and gave regular updates along the way. I do not have a bad word to say about D&S and won’t go anywhere else in Northampton! Thanks so much for everything.

I bought a car from Chris, nothing flashy or expensive but the service I received was absolutely first class. I always get cross when I'm buying a car and the sales person talks to my husband! But Chris was excellent, took me out for a test drive and on collecting the car, he remembered how nervous I was at driving, as we had just moved to the area so didn't know any of the roads plus hadn't driven for a few months, again offered to sit with me whilst I drove round back streets. Car is lovely and clean.so very pleased. I must also say that I am not a dolly bird, but a very cuddly gran of 64 . I will most certainly be having mine and my husbands car serviced here as it's worth the drive

Can't praise this place highly enough!! I've been ripped of by a used car dealership on a Saab I purchased, after only having the car for 5 days it refused to start, the dealership refused to do anything so I took it to Chris and his guys fixed all the issues, I will be taking all my business there from this point on and would recommend my friends to go there too!

Have to give credit where it's due, took my vehicle to main dealers with an issue, was unable to afford the costs so scouted around, asked a few friends who they used, this place was pointed out as being around for years and used a few times. I asked them to take a look, they found the same issue as the dealer, the cost was near half, i asked if that was for genuine parts and they offered two costs genuine and alternative. I decided to take the genuine and still saved good money. work was done on time and the vehicle was left clean and tidy. One guy (Alan i believe) explained the fault and remedy, showed me the replaced parts and asked if i wanted them disposed of or back. cant fault the service. Tyres next on the list. Thanks.

Always quick and honest service. I am a driving instructor and i would trust any car of mine, the wifes and even my daughter from Hove.. Price is great compared to others and we saved my daughter around £100 on her Seat Ibiza. I had one bill in the £300 _ £375 range that im convinced would have been a new engine with others.. so Chris and team thank you... you have my business and my recommendations.. First visit was for a broken fan which had already been replaced by a large service company about 18 months earlier ( no names) at a cost of approx £400.. Chris replaced the fan at a cost of between £200 - £250 maybe a lil less its hard to remember.. but then proceeded to show me the fan they had removed..it was the original with ford part with number on it not a replacement part.. they never changed it... from that day on i swear by Chris n his team... thank you all and safe motoring :))

great garage I wouldn't go anywhere else, I have had some serious issues trying to get my van fixed in several different places but to no avail and not only did they manage to sort the problem but they were reasonably priced as well, cheaper then most of the work that didn't cure my issue. Well what can I say regarding D & S Autos.......I suppose I could sit here at my computer and think of how many ways I could say.... things that are not true and complete madness, so I will leave that to those on here that can clearly write fiction and to the one despite being of mechanical background and studying a vehicle for sometime only to buy a car off the side of a road and blame the garage that it was near (not the brightest one are you). However what I will say despite positive or negative replies ( I am sure I will see a typical forum idiot response but what ever they're thinking they need to re think it ) D & S Autos has been a very long standing and well to do company it has many customers for many many years old long standing and even new customers and it still continues to manage with the high level of custom, delivering a first class service to ALL along with diversity ,equality, professionalism and respect, all the staff are human and have humour, understanding and work extremely hard to ensure a high standard of work. To be fair I think it is in poor taste to try and destroy the reputation of a company based on personal poor judgement or lack of understanding but to do that along side of a personal attack on an individual is nothing short of poisonous, ill natured, calculated, sick, nasty and lowest of the low. sick cars need mechanical attention.......sick people need medical attention

Hi EVERY ONE , WAS WITH CALIN AT D AND S HE WAS SHOWED PART AND EVERYTHING EXPLAINED TO HIM , BUT DOES NOT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH , HE WAS ONLY CHARGED THIRTY POUND LABOUR TO CHNAGE A REAR WHEEL BEARING . USED THIS GARAGE MY SELF MANY YEARS ALWAYS GOOD FRIENDLY HONEST AND CHEAP
