I'd like to say a big thank you to Wayne and Karen at elite body shop for sorting out my car after the horrendous way my car was left after going to Pete Hammond at paint-tec in Northampton . It's hard to explain just how bad the paintwork was, Pete painted the whole car ( without my consent or the company that had my car doing the modifications, DW Performance ) the wrong colour and to top it off, not one panel was undamaged...... there was particles in the paintwork, runs, burn marks, overspray everywhere and every rubber around the windows were damaged by a machine polisher, it was shocking !! I just wish Kev had sent my car to Elite instead of paint-tec, I wouldn't have had nearly 5 months of sheer stress...... When Kev has put the car together I'll bring her back to elite for you all to see ...... Thank you again

The repair was pretty straight forward in that the bumper was damaged. However the bumper really needed replacing and this was pointed out but I was convinced a heat gun would bring the bumper back in to shape and then painted. This worked initially but now I have a misaligned bumper again and paint peeling. But hey ho live and learn!

The staff were friendly & really went the extra mile. They kept me updated, the car was delivered back to me when promised. They even polished out a few scratches at no extra charge (another bodyshop had quoted me £200!) Should I be unfortunate enough to have another accident I would not go anywhere else. Thank you!
