Was very stressed about the replacement of my BMW Windscreen. First visit to these guys and I was 20 mins early than my appointment! The guys were fantastic and took my car in for work as soon as I reached! Gave me regular updates on what is being done and boom! 1 hour and I get my baby back with all new windscreen! Sensor calibrated perfectly. Can give 100/100 for all round perfection.

Very pleased with the service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Windscreen replaced within 2 hours, would have no hesitations recommending to anyone requiring their services

Had a slight issue after having a windscreen replaced, these things happen. I submitted a complaint, although it wasn't really a complaint, just needed some help getting it sorted. Within 18 hours it has been sorted! Thank you to Stuart from the Northampton branch for calling me back within 20 minutes of my email and arranging to have it sorted today. It's not the problems, it's how they're dealt with. 10/10 for this one!

These guys are brilliant! Customer service is absolutely fantastic, the whole team have a very customer focused approach and attitude. I could work in the waiting area, where they also have power sockets, was comfortable and warm. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch, it's such a pleasant change to have consistent good customer service.

Made arrangements for them to come to my home tp replace screen. On arrival it was pouring with rain so risk to glue bonding properly, so they juggled their schedule, and I took car to Brackmills workshop and it was all done while we did some shopping and had a costa nearby. Phoned me after 1 hour 20 mins to say all done. Pleasant efficient service.

Guys here are absolutely brilliant! Car was broken into overnight national windscreens had someone out the same day to clear the debris and do a temporary repair, then the next day had someone out to do a full repair on the car! Guys were polite and professional and a credit to the company!
