B. Y.Took my sons car in for a clutch replacement. The value was exceptional and the service form the guys at the centre was brilliant. Was able to drop the car off the night before and it was completed early and no additional costs which was excellent. Even kept the car over night as couldn't make it in to collect on the day. Highly recommend and the warranty that came with the repair looks great and was very well explained. Will defo take the car back for its service. Thanks for a great experience.
D. K.My wife called the Norwich Mile Cross Road branch just before 5pm last night to ask about the possibility of repairing a tyre with a slow puncture and spoke to Shaun Mitchell. Shaun advised to pop in the next morning and if it could be repaired it would be and if not then she could look at replacing if needed. She arrived at 8.30am Tuesday and was on the road again less than 20 minutes later with the repair all done. Customer service was excellent and cannot praise them enough. Have previously used earlier in the year for a tyre replacement and was very cost effective with good service then too. Nice to find a reliable, trustworthy and friendly garage. Thank you Shaun and Mr Clutch.

s. c.I booked my car in for an MOT with less that 24hr notice, the service I received was 2nd to none, although my car had a fail Shaun was amazing, he was very helpful and very informative, after we had a chat Shaun knew exactly what was wrong and pin pointed the problem and fixed it within minutes due to another garages mistake….thank you for you honest advice and friendly service, you saved the day. D. P.Took my car in for our yearly MOT they were prompt in telling me what issues had arisen and proceeded to put together parts and labour cost breakdown for me so I knew exactly what was needed and also why it was needed.
They also offered me the opportunity to take it elsewhere to get the work done if I so chose.
Work was completed within the timeframe specified and actually came in under the quoted price as well
They have been good to us from the moment we started using them where for the first MOT they performed there was some basic items which failed and they actually did this for free.
I would recommend them every time.
