Your professionalism and friendliness made my first experience of recovery a very good one.
You showed a lot of care when loaded the car especially as our 3 little dogs were in their cage .

K. K.The recovery service can be managed better. Better communication with AA would be ideal and better communication with the customer is essential - unhappy with the way they dealt with things, I waited 4 hours stranded. It appears they may have a monopoly in the area and hence don’t care too much about customer satisfaction.
Although I must say, Sarah who came to recover my car was amazing.

J. F.Contacted Green flag due to a brakedown, the recovery truck arrived within two hours which was fantastic, John the recovery driver was friendly and very polite.
although he was unable to repair it at the side of the road (electrical) he got me safley to the garage and back home.

Not only he correctly identified the problem with my car but also went above and beyond his duty by taking me home 90 miles away. He treated me with great kindness for which I am very grateful.

C. X.A big thanks to Kevin who went above and beyond to get us out of a muddle on an extremely hot Monday!! Not only did he see us safely to our own garage, when they wouldn't look at it because I had only bought it 6weeks previous, on their advice to return it to where I bought it , kevin offered to tow it back there, which was very kind of him as technically his job was done by getting us to the first garage !

H.My car broke down on level 7 of a multistorey this week, i was helped by Sarah Jane, who turned up an hour earlier than expected and was just amazing, helped me get the car out and then loaded it up from a very difficult position, she was down to earth, chatty and extremely helpful. I was dreading trying to get the car down but we got it done with no problems at all. Great employee, great company, great experience!
