My car battery was flat and I was stranded away from my home. I contacted Richie and he fitted me into his busy schedule. He came quickly, was very professional and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely use him again if needed

So lovely to find an honest and reliable mechanic. Came out really quickly and gave such good advice it saved me a fortune. Was told by another mechanic I needed a new clutch, this lovely chap could have just gone with it, but instead he checked properly and said it was only a fluid issue. Half hour later my car is working better than it has been for ages and the price was really reasonable. We won't be going anywhere else here on in! He even gave me advice on how to stop it happening again. You don't get many mechanics like this anymore!!

Absolutely amazing service, cannot recommend enough. Was with me within the hour, fixed my battery and spent time repairing additional problems whilst out. Had the pleasure of using Rich a few times for various repairs and issues. He certainly knows his stuff and I am very happy with the work he has completed. He is also priced fairly considering the extra benefit the work has always been completed at my home address without me needing to take the vehicle into a garage. Will continue to use him going forward.

Had my alternator replaced by RS Mechanics. I called and found he had availability that afternoon, part was ordered and fitted quickly and without any hassle. Friendly, communicative, knowledgeable. Great service, reasonably priced. Will use again if and when required.

Life saver ! I rang RS mechanics yesterday as the previous mobile mechanic came over toke my car apart and told me he was coming back with parts to fix the issue in 2 days and then on day decided he couldn’t be bothered and hung the phone up me! Leaving me worst off than I started with a car with all screws and bits hanging out! Luckily RS mechanics came to my rescue as soon as I rang him and explained what this other cowboy mechanic had done to me! He went above and beyond to help and get a new radiator and put it back together all on the same day! What a gem he is 💎 we are so lucky to have such honest and reliable mechanic in Norfolk. Efficient. Got straight on with the job. Unfortunately he couldn’t come on the day we originally planned and I had to message him to see whether he was coming. The car is fixed and running well. Good price.

This guy is an absolute Legend 🙌 I had and issue with my Mums car leaking fuel everywhere. I called him up and he was with me within just under an hour and fixed the issue in about 10 mins. He also came round the next day and fitted an alternator belt on my Car and saved me and absolute killing. He also worked on my car in late 2021 and saved me a load money in regards to a drive shaft replacement. I can't recommend this guy enough to be honest and he's deffinatly earnt my respect. Before you go of to your local garage and potentially be ripped of for hundreds of pounds worth of repairs just give Richie a call as I'm sure he'll be able to help out and save you alot of Money. I can estimate that he's saved me the best part of £1000 in regards to repairs in since I've been with him

Found RS Mobile Mechanics online having moved to Norfolk relatively recently. Was looking for a Mobile Mechanic as I work from home. Messaged Ritchie at first via Facebook messenger and laid out the issue (scratching, screeching noise from beneath the car). Messaged on Friday, Ritchie came out Monday to diagnose the issue. Brake pads worn down. His inital call out fee was very reasonable indeed. After a discussion whether to just replace pads or do both discs and pads I decided for the piece of mind etc to change them all out. Price was very reasonable. Ritchie ordered the parts there and then, checked his diary and squeezed me in the following Wednesday.2 days later!The job itself took him around 80 mins. I was very happy with the service provided and level of professionalism. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Car was completely dead, called Richard around 2pm he was at mine by 4:30pm car battery replaced and all up and running within 90mins!

Richard came out to us at nighttime to diagnose why our car wouldn’t start. He quickly established it was the battery and was able to get us a new one the following morning and fit it quickly for us. We will be using Richard as the mechanic for our cars from now on as he is honest and very reasonable for labor and parts and added bonus of being mobile.

Wow, this company is a God send! I will recommend RS Mechanics to everyone I know. Had another mechanic (company whos name I cannot even remember) work on my car (Volkswagen Golf) and the car would not start. Richy in the space of 12 hours picked up the phone to me, came and fixed my car completely and it took him less than 30min to get the car started (in which I even took it for a test drive and no issues whatsoever) and he also fixed the back wiper of the car and again all in the space of 30min! Also R S Mechanics charge me 1/3 of what the other company charged so they will not rip you off! If you reading this review, look nowhere else, if you have any issues with your car this is the company for you! We need to keep companies like RS Mechanics going!!! I will not be looking anywhere else if I ever need a service on my car! Thank you again once again RS Mechanics!!

What a hero! A gross evening on Valentine’s Day, already late to a date, and my car decides to break down on a three lane road at grapes hill! Lost all power steering and the battery died. After waiting a good while for RAC to send someone out, Ritchie from RS Mechanics Mobile Vehicle Repairs came to save the day as he noticed I’d broken down! After a lot of charging and slow slow crawls to the nearest parking lot, in convoy, we got my little KA safely out of the way of traffic. Ritchie explained I could wait for RAC as the battery may be covered by my insurance but as they still hadn’t responded to me and Ritchie was such a hero I decided to stick with him. Ritchie then explained he would locate a new battery from 9 the following morning. Dead on 9 Ritchie contacted me! He spent the day changing my battery, moving my car out of the multi storey car park, purchasing a new alternator and fitting it, whilst providing me with regular updates and liaising with both the security at the multi-storey car park and premier inn. What a guy! Thank you so so much for all your hard work, enduring the rain and cold of today and being such a reliable character! I’ll be hanging onto your card for future break downs!

Richard is very efficient in his job and a very good mechanic. My car key was stuck in ignition and was not coming out although the recovery team tried to remove it but were not successful.
